This place is an absolute dump. I easily can’t put into words how horribly disappointed we were with our "cottage". This place was dirty, poorly appointed and just terribly managed. Communication with the staff was slow. We were given unclear check-in directions which caused us to waste time going to a different hotel to check in only to be told the keys were already in our rooms.For some reason payment was only taken a week after check out. This whole thing screams of owners who do not care about the experience or accommodations they are offering their guests.This was dirty, poorly appointed and had unusable wi-fi. No wi-fi would be better than their wifi. The owners were trying to use a single wifi router to cover 2-3 cottages and another at least 2 shared half-cottages. No matter how strong the signal it was so slow I could walk 30 minutes to McDonald's an use their wi-fi faster than a page would load in the cottage.The only good thing about these places are that they are a 5 minute walk from the ski lifts, but they are not set up for anyone doing winter sports. The 6-bed cottage had only enough room for a couple of skis or snowboards. The front doors were rusted through and let cold air in constantly. There were bugs on the floor and the place clearly hadn't been cleaned well before our stay. The toilet and shower were ancient. We found a Crunky chocolate bar that expired in 2019 in one cabinet. The dishes were dirty, the dish soap was almost empty. There was nowhere to hang wet clothes.This place could be an amazing place to stay with an update and a few thousand dollars of work. It needs fast wifi, faucets that combine hot and cold, 2x triple bunk bed and then a nice couch/lounge area in the loft for people to relax when not sleeping or skiing. I own a house with similar floor space and I can comfortably sleep 9 with each person having space to move about. I cannot recommend you find somewhere else more strongly.
