The staff were so kind.Be sure to eat breakfast and dinner. It seems a little salty, but it's so delicious.There are two hot springs, but both are a bit small.It is the perfect size for two people.The separate baths for men and women are spacious and nice.I think it's a really cool ryokan with an atmosphere and quiet atmosphere.Highly recommended

It was really close to perfection. The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was old, but clean and tidy. And the food for dinner and breakfast was truly amazing. Next time I come to Yuhyuin, I will come here again without hesitation.

24.06.21 AccommodationThere are a lot of famous ryokans in Yufuin, but this is still a good option.The best thing about this ryokan is that it is quiet.There aren't many lodging teams and it's a bit away from the main street, so it's quiet day and night. Combined with the comprehensive interior, it is possible to spend a calm time.The advantage is that the private bath (family bath) is free and there is no reservation system. There are not many accommodation groups, so you can enjoy it if you wait a while.The bathtub overall feels not spacious, perhaps due to the fact that there are not many lodging groups, but well... it might be disappointing if you are a person who insists on using the large communal bath.Because it was a family trip, I chose a room with a bathtub, and even though it was for one person, it had some charm and was satisfying.The advantage of ryokan kaiseki is that the creativity is not too high. The barriers to the meal menu have been lowered so the taste is not overwhelming, so I am satisfied with the kaiseki dinner and breakfast.I felt like they were considerate in preparing the kaiseki menu with a translation that said it was Korean. The translation quality is disappointing, but I wonder where they can do something like this.We also provide a shuttle service, but if you consider the hurdle of foreigners requesting a transfer over the phone, we recommend that you apply for a transfer when returning from the station to the taxi station at check-in. I would usually bring a suitcase, but honestly, I don't recommend walking.It's a bit disappointing that the amenities are a bit lacking.I was very satisfied with the positive attitude of the staff during meals.The room condition is pretty good, but due to the nature of the environment, it seems inevitable that insects will fly into the room unless it is winter.My parents were satisfied with this ryokan and I would like to visit again if I visit Yufuin again.

We found out that one of our guests would be arriving after 8 o'clock due to work, so we consulted with them and they provided us with a hot meal, including hot pot for one person, outside of the meal service hours. The garden at the entrance, which has a lot of greenery, has been taken care of by a gardener, and it was a beautiful inn with seasonal flowers and fresh greenery. We highly recommend this accommodation, where the staff is courteous and you are satisfied with the price.

I am very satisfied with my stay and two meals this time. The food is really great!There is a hot spring in the room where I stayed this time. In addition, there are public hot springs and an outdoor hot spring pool that you can use by yourself, which is very comfortable!The room is also very large and very comfortable to stay in. The location is a bit far, but it might be nice because it's quiet.Kaiseki was delicious and breakfast was also delicious.I think it was because there weren't many rooms to begin with, so I didn't meet other people except where I was eating. There is a smoking area.There are men's and women's baths and open-air baths, and the open-air bath is good because you can lock the door by turning the sign while bathing.There are also rooms with private baths, and the private bath is good for two people to go in and relax before going to bed.The staff uses a translator to explain things, and there is also a luggage storage service after check-in and check-out.If you look at the Naver review, they say there is a shuttle service and it's cheaper if you go to the website and make a reservation directly rather than through the accommodation app, but I haven't checked.If you order additional alcohol or beverages during kaiseki, you can pay at checkout and credit cards are accepted.
