The room condition was good, and I was satisfied with the fact that five themed hot springs could be used privately. Yufuin Station is a 10-minute walk away and a supermarket is a 20-minute walk away, providing excellent accessibility and convenience, and tourist attractions such as Lake Kinrin are also within walking distance.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. It is very Japanese-style. There is a yukata that you can wear, which is very comfortable to look at and take pictures of. The hot spring temperature is comfortable and the space is large without crowding. Especially the outdoor hot spring is very pleasant. The breakfast tastes very solid. Overall, it's really nice. The service staff are also very kind. There's nothing to be picky about and it's very relaxing to stay.

As soon as I walked in, I felt the friendly greetings from the staff. I felt like I was home. There were also Taiwanese staff at the counter, so there was no barrier to communication. The Taiwanese sister also gave my daughter a set of toys to take to the hot spring. My daughter was very happy. Ah, the room is very spacious, clean and bright, and the scenery outside the window is so beautiful. My daughter even silently brought breakfast to the window sill to enjoy it😆

I originally made a reservation somewhere else, but I booked the wrong check-in date, so I canceled it on site and quickly made a reservation at this accommodation and checked in on the same day. Unexpectedly, the owner speaks Korean well!! As someone who doesn't speak Japanese, I couldn't be happier. They were very kind and explained things well, and I enjoyed the home-cooked breakfast that was served in the morning. Even my parents, who are picky eaters and don't like eating foreign food, didn't see them eating so comfortably during this trip to Japan :) The location is also within a 10-minute walk from a restaurant, so it's great to go out in the evening and enjoy a drink while eating. They also rent bicycles for free!

Exceeded all our expectations! The tatami room is clean, with a big space for us two. They have a rest area with various tea, juice and coffee options. You can help yourself to some snacks, too. They provide bikes for free use. The location is in a quieter area, next to the river which we loved. We enjoyed the onsen experience, too. Only a number of rooms and there are 5 private onsens. The staff is commendable, very courteous and accommodating. We only have good things to say. So worth it!

I was so grateful that you were so kind and helped me as much as possible on a typhoon day. You can also use the hot springs as private baths, and there are 5 of them, so it was nice to choose from.

Ryokan 10 minutes walk from bus station (right next to the train station). Very caring staff. Very good breakfast (left in front of the room at 8 a.m.), it's traditional Japanese. There are 5 baths which are all private, including 1 open to the sky which can accommodate 4 or 5 people easily. The others rather functional for 2 people. Baths accessible from 3 p.m. until 9:30 a.m. There is a relaxation area with unlimited coffee, water, fruit juice. Also a space for toddlers. Finally, there are bicycles available. Note that there is a railway track and that the train can make noise as it passes. People with reduced mobility may have difficulty going up and down stairs to get to different places (bathroom, rest room and bedrooms).
