I stayed in a room called Willow House. There was no view and the toilet did not have a washlet. The room smelled musty, probably because it was old, and even though it was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was strong. The air conditioner was an old type, adjusted to low, medium and high, and was very noisy and the ducts were full of mold. The bath was on the 11th floor of the new building, and the open-air bath was on the 5th floor of the Yanagi no Yakata building, so it was difficult to get around. Is the meal a minced meat cutlet fair? I tried it, but the batter on all the fried foods was crunchy and hard. The good thing was that they had soft serve ice cream, but compared to other Itoen restaurants, I got the impression that the number of items was small.Clean up the dishes yourself. (Separate leftover food, garbage, and tableware)Unfortunately, there was no dried horse mackerel for breakfast. There was one type of fruit and morning soft serve ice cream. The open-air bath had a great view and was very nice. The large public bath is divided into hot and lukewarm baths, so you can bathe while looking at the scenery. There are no convenience stores nearby and there are not many sightseeing spots, but there is a footbath right next door that you can use for free.

I used it in October. At Itoen, I had a painful experience in the past, so I booked Hananoyakata for 1,000 yen more, and Tochigi Wagyu shabu-shabu for an additional 1,300 yen. It was very good. Even though the Hananokan has been renovated, it doesn't look like a new building, it's old but still beautiful. The variety and taste of the food was so good that I didn't need any additional food. However, shabu-shabu is recommended. At this price, we highly recommend adding it.At Itoen, I had a bad experience at a tropical hotel in Chiba, the food was terrible, and the room was full of stains. If I didn't get good at Itoen this time, I thought I would graduate from Itoen, but there is a huge difference depending on the hotel. I understand. In the future, I will read the reviews carefully and try to make good use of them.

Yakushi-no-Yu is just across the bridge, so it is recommended for people who want to take their time and enjoy the warm water. It's Itoen Hotels, so it's reasonably priced. The meals (buffet) and baths are decent, and the rooms are relatively clean.

I visited around the beginning of autumn leaves. There were a lot of bugs in the room, and my kids were scared, so I asked for help, and the hotel staff came to take them out with adhesive tape, which helped me out. I was concerned about the smell of cigarettes in the main building, but overall I was satisfied and would like to visit again. However, I can't help but remember what happened in the public bath on the top floor. I went in with my toddler and she said, ``Mommy, there are mushrooms growing in the bathtub.'' When I looked, there were shimeji mushrooms in the bathtub! I had a bad feeling and when I looked around, I saw feces floating in the hot water. I guess I saw it at the wrong time, but I'd like to visit again, but I'm hesitant. .

The views from the open-air bath and the guest rooms are spectacular. If you don't arrive early, the parking lot in front of the building will be full. There is a shuttle bus from the nearest station. Nikko sake was served with the meal.

I stayed in an older building that had not been renovated. The walls of the bathroom were peeling off, and there were stains all over the room, so even though I don't have any psychic powers, I was scared because I thought there might be a ghost.I couldn't trust the bed or the futon, so I brought a pillow and a thin futon with me just in case. The buffet at night is a little weird. It's a shame because I'm recommending sushi that looks like packaged sushi from the supermarket. The only thing I was happy about was the all-you-can-drink alcohol. The changing room in the public bath was made of glass, so I was worried that I could see it from the outside. No repeats.

I went in SeptemberI've been to several Itoen hot springs, but this one's hot springs themselves were good.It didn't have a disinfectant smell, and it was warm and lukewarm.I wonder if the smoking room doesn't close properly? The surrounding area smells of cigarettes...Even though there is a relaxing space (Japanese-style room with a tail) right next to it, I couldn't stand the smell, and when I went there, no one was relaxing. The food was just like Itoen, so I didn't have any particular problems with the food, but perhaps it was just a coincidence, but the food was so slow to be replaced even though it was about to be empty💦It felt empty.I go on weekdays, but it feels like it's not there.Partly because it was a two-part system and I was in the second part, but I didn't really show up in the second half.Compared to other Itoen schools, I think that place was the worst.I think the room was a 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room, but if you've ever been to Itoen, you'd probably guess that. It's old, but it's okay.If you're looking for a hot spring, you can get a much better deal by taking advantage of discounts like 1,000 yen off and staying in a room without a bath!
