It's getting old. Water was leaking from the shower hose, and the walls of the room were reinforced with duct tape...The sink and bath smelled so bad from the drains that I almost fainted...Even the faucet area is not clean.I think someone should buy it and completely renovate it...If you're staying overnight during an emergency evacuation such as a disaster, it can't be helped, but I think it would be difficult for people with hygiene issues to stay overnight.I think the front desk staff was polite and nice.

Our stay at the hotel was so great! The location is great, walking distance from the station, close to the beach, and everything you need is close to the hotel. The staff spoke English fluently, so we didn't have any language problems. We highly recommend this hotel. They value the hotel's reputation, have a solid management system, and the staff, especially Mr. Mizobe, are all kind and trustworthy.

It's about a 3-minute walk from the station, and there are plenty of people walking around even at night, so it's safe. There are Lawson, Saizeriya, and electric cycle stations nearby, so the location is perfect. The building is quite old, so I think it's a good fit and a bad fit. (There were various stains on the carpet and wallpaper, and the room was dark.)

I stayed here because I had something to do at Makuhari Messe. It is very convenient as it is only a few minutes walk from Inage Kaigan Station on the Keiyo Line. There's an Aeon nearby, so you can get everything you need. There is a supermarket under the station, and a convenience store is also nearby, so it's very convenient. Aeon also has a food court, so you don't have to worry about food. The hotel room itself wasn't that big as it was a business hotel, but it wasn't so small that it could be called small. The facility is a little old, so I hope it will be renovated in the future.Breakfast was included, but it felt like choosing from a set meal rather than a buffet. In the case of Japanese food, you will be responsible for preparing your own rice, miso soup, eggs, natto, etc. There was no problem with both taste and quantity. After all, the price is cheap, so I think that's the best thing about it.

It's convenient because it's near the station and there are various shops around. The older brother's response at check-in was curt,There was a little noise from the air conditioning, but overall it was comfortable.Extension outlets are also available for free rental.Although breakfast was included, the restaurant on the first floor of the venue had a nice atmosphere and was delicious.

The building is old...The door of the guest room has no internal key.~I was scared that the owner of the duplicate key might suddenly enter my room even in the middle of the night. The unit bath and toilet were also old and dirty even after being cleaned.

First time here. Front is super friendly despite arriving late due to the summer sonic. Rooms are really spacious, and in our case had three single beds lined up. The building is on the older side, so some aspects are worn, so if you are expecting a luxury hotel, you will be disappointed. Another downside is the lack of parking. They have breakfast operated by their connected cafe, Beans Cafe. Pretty nice because its own restaurant. I hope to be staying here again.

I stayed in a twin room without meals. The room is an old-fashioned business hotel, and there are only a few parking spaces outside on the premises. The location is very good and the price is reasonable considering the location.

The room feels old, but there is no problem for staying. The staff is very friendly and the accommodation costs are low compared to the surrounding area. I would consider this hotel first when staying for consecutive nights. There's also an AEON nearby so it's convenient.
