Brilliant apartment. Much larger and better than the photos suggest. Attention to detail was evident on arrival and was perfectly set up. Views were awesome and made it a great place to stay if you didn't want to ski. Location was an initial concern and a 10min hike up the hill to the lift. Some days they were too busy to pick us up with the shuttle service which was slightly disappointing but didn't impact us too badly. Lots of lovely little restaurants close by and no need to go into the main town

Wonderful apartments! We came to Furano for 5 days, and decided to stay at this apart-hotel, and did not wish for a second. Upon check-in, everything was very clean, beautiful and cozy. Completely contactless check-in, entrances to all doors using codes provided in advance, which is very convenient. In principle, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a large and modern TV, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, all the essential utensils, cutlery, coffee, tea and so on. The apartments are very warm, all radiators are regulated, because... It can be very hot in the apartments. The building has a storage room for your sky equipment and an elevator.Ideal location in Furano. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the Kitanomine Ski Area lift. Within a 1-minute walk from you there are three cozy establishments where you can have dinner. We highly recommend Country Kitchen Kazamidori - it's the best place we've dined at in Furano (and the best part is that it's literally a minute's walk away). The menu is small, but everything is very, very tasty. A 24-hour grocery store with a good selection is a 3-4 minute walk away, and another one is 7-8 minutes away. Also, not far from you there is a cool steakhouse that serves very tasty and juicy steaks. There are many different organizations around you that rent out riding equipment. Prices absolutely everywhere may seem high to some, so plan your budget in advance.Of the minuses: terrible feedback from the apart-hotel staff. It’s impossible to contact them (either by email or WhatApp), they take a very long time to respond to messages, and they take a long time to respond to any requests. I ask the owners of the aparthotel to fix this, employees should be in touch with their guests throughout the working day.

The property was excellent. Great location, cozy rooms, and sufficient amenities. We enjoyed the apartment. However, the customer service was terrible. I emailed themBack and forth and asked about shuttle bus/transportation. They either never responded or sent me the wrong information. On the day of our departure, I asked them specifically if they could provide us with a van to go to the Bus Station at 11:00. They told me that there would be a shuttle at 10:00 AM. I waited for 10 minutes in the lobby, and the shuttle never came. Me and my family were scrambling to find a taxi and called a few taxi companies in Furano. Thank God we managed to find one.A few hours later, they told us that they were about to send a designated car to pick us up and drop us at the bus station — after all those troubles.Everything was so unclear and disorganized!Just be aware before you book your stay with them.

Really nice apartments, very well styled and a nice place to spend time. Very warm, great showers with heated floors, comfortable beds and quite convenient location. Pro tip: The heating controls for the radiators are individually controlled by a twist valve on the floor, so you can keep the bedroom cool, the bathroom toasty warm, etc.
