A wonderful stay at this establishment! It is divided into several floors with private rooms and a large hall with dormitories. I was in the dormitories and the stay went very well. It’s very good value for money for the quality, cleanliness and organization which is top notch! The dormitory is made up of 40~ beds in "bunk" mode. Sockets, lamp, wooden locker inside the berth and curtain. It's very functional and we sleep quite well there! As for the rooms, on the 3rd floor you have a large relaxation area with a large bay window overlooking the lake. Free drinks, ping-pong tables and board games. You also have access to an onsen, with a men's side and a women's side, which is enjoyable at the end of the day after a good walk.Thank you for this stay, I recommend! For information, I paid around €30 per night for the dormitory, which is inexpensive given its location.PS: be careful, the surrounding restaurants close very early in the evening (some at 6/7 p.m.) or often require you to wait. So don't get fooled when you arrive and when you return from your trip. You have a mini market open until 8 p.m. in the village if you need it.Have a good stay!

I wanted to stay at Lake Chuzenji for one night, so I came here as recommended by the app. I use a tablet to check in, but I didn’t receive the password in advance, so I asked the guy at the counter for help! Although we live in a capsule room, the large floor-to-ceiling windows of the leisure space on the third floor face Chuzenji Lake. The scenery of the lake and mountains is so beautiful! There are also all-you-can-eat snacks, coffee, drinks and local wines. Later, you can soak in the open-air hot springs and look up at the bright moon. It is really a great enjoyment in life! Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are worth the money! I will come again with my family next time!

My girlfriend said, ``I want to take a hot spring near Lake Chuzenji❣️'' so I made a plan. The staff was young, efficient and very pleasant, and although the food was Western-style, it was very delicious and filling❣️

I will no longer use hotels from this group. The service was completely different from what I expected.◎All inclusiveI didn't purposely bring much food or drink as I was told that there would be drinks in the lounge. However, the lounge hours were limited and there were no free drinks in the refrigerator in the room, making it difficult to stay hydrated. After 10pm, the entrance to the Lake View Lounge was blocked by a sofa and all lights were turned off. I know that there is a vending machine on the 1st floor, but I have never experienced paying for ordinary things at an all-inclusive hotel. There was no ice cream provided after the bath.◎Cleaning, equipmentThe cleaning of the room, lounge, and public bath is not very thorough. The desk in the room had parts come off and was already leaning, and the shoe rack's hinges were still missing. The shower curtain in the room was moldy and had a musty smell. There are no separate slippers for the room and in the building. Dust had accumulated in various places, and there were spider webs. Wi-Fi seems to be installed on each floor, but I didn't use it because it was difficult to connect. Also, when I called the front desk on an outside line at 24:00, it switched to an automated voice and I couldn't connect.◎MealsEven though there were discrepancies between the dinner menu and the actual ingredients served, there was no explanation before the meal. It seems like they don't use local ingredients. Even when I look at photos of other people's meals, I can't see any scallops being served. I also feel that the dinner price does not match the quality of the ingredients. For those who don't like alcohol, the drink options are quite limited.◎Cost performanceUsing a discount coupon from a hotel reservation site, the cost was approximately 56,000 yen for 1 night for 2 people in 1 room.

The sulfur springs were very nice. The free drinks and reading space were nice. The sink in the kitchen is hand-washed and small, but it may be unavoidable for management reasons. After coming down from the mountain, I wanted to take a hot spring bath, but I was told that it was full and I was refused. I can't help it.

Less than 0 stars. It's so bad that you should definitely stop doing it.Although they sell all-inclusive,Drinks in the free drink area are often empty. The board game is in tatters and the contents are missing, making it almost unplayable. Out of 50 types, I was able to play with only 3 types. All of the table tennis balls were broken or crushed. When I informed the staff about the above, they asked for their understanding as it depends on the customer's morals.Don't skimp on inspections, even if they say it's moral. The person in charge seems to have no sense of responsibility and is unreliable. In the end, I was told that I would receive a small refund, but no matter how long I waited, it still wouldn't be refunded, so I called a few months later to inquire and was told that they would check and get back to me. After waiting for 4.5 hours, he still didn't come, so I called again and was told that he had left work. lolI was completely taken aback. They were supposed to call me at 9 o'clock the next day, but they ended up calling me at 10 o'clock. The contents were all excuses and I couldn't collect them, so I gave up.When I calmly stated the facts, he called me harassment lolMaybe he couldn't come up with any more excuses and was in pain. Also, there was blood on the pillow in my room. It's so disgusting. It's a really low level hotel. I think it's best to come with the mindset that you have no choice but to stay here and have no choice but to stay.
