I would like to check the reservation systemI was told that the food would be the same even if I stayed for multiple nights, and when I answered that it was fine, the response was, ``I'll worry about it, so please stop!'' No multiple nights allowed! saidIs it okay because my aunt has collapsed and I'm all alone? I was told, but doesn't that have anything to do with guests staying at the hotel? Before that, let's talk about how to say it! When I pointed this out, he said, "Yes! I'm sorry," and hung up on me!I don't think it's a customer service job...If you're in such a desperate situation that you're not going to mess around with customers, shouldn't you just get a live-in part-time job or get hired and continue with peace of mind? I thought I should just quit in my current state ☆ To be honest, I don't even want to wear one! After that, I called the union and filed a complaint, but the union staff also told me not to call them... and seemed troubled.When I heard that, I realized there were a lot of complaints.It's really a shame, as I've been staying here for the past 30 years during summer vacation and Golden Week. The lady helping me is a nice person, but my son is really tired. Please be careful when staying overnight.

It seems like it has been replaced, and the food and service have changed for the worse, so I no longer use it anymore.⭐︎The 5 rating and the comments below are from when I used it a few years ago, but it was a really good inn when my mom was being treated, so I don't think I'll delete it.I have used it many times since long ago.I checked the reviews here, and I would like to recommend that self-proclaimed ``customers'' who have excessive expectations do not stay at this nice, homely inn.If you want to be treated like a lord, go to another inn. Even though Genbeiya doesn't have the latest equipment, the food is amazing, the baths are open 24 hours a day, and the mother is kind and attentive.

It was canceled without permissionThe homepage says that you should contact me if you plan to check in after the final check-in time of 20:00, and since I was about to be late for the 20:00 check-in due to traffic, I called and told them that I was going to be late.Then, he bluntly told me, "Then please cancel it yourself." I said, ``I'll make it in time, so please wait.'' As a result, I arrived at the hotel at 7:00 pm.When I arrived at the inn, the host told me, ``My reservation has been canceled, so I'm sorry,'' and it had been canceled without permission. In the end, I was able to stay overnight without meals...If being late is not acceptable in the first place,They should write on their homepage, ``If you can't make it in time for the final check-in, we will cancel your reservation without fail.'' It doesn't matter if you don't notify me that you'll be late, but why not just cancel the reservation just because you said you might be late?

I went on a tour. It was a very nice place. It's quiet and relaxing. Lots of cats too. The rice is also delicious.

Thank you for your help as a couple. Both dinner and breakfast were really delicious. Personally, I found the seasoning to be average. The bath was at the right temperature and I was able to take a bath right away (maybe it just happened that day), but the cost performance was great.I will definitely go here again.

The building feels historic, but the curtains, cushions, and futons are new and clean. Bath towels and toothbrushes are not provided, only yukatas are provided.You will feel safe and relaxed, as if you have returned to a house from the Showa era.The hot springs flowing directly from the source were also gentle on the skin and seemed to have a beautifying effect.Each dish for both dinner and breakfast was carefully prepared and I was very satisfied.I would like to use it again.
