The hotel is in a good location with plenty of sightseeing spots within easy reach by car. There is a hot spring where the sulfur makes your skin smooth. The baths are switched between men and women on even and odd numbered days. There is a large public bath, a sauna, a seasonal bath (this time it was a rose bath), a rock bath, a Jacuzzi, etc., so you can enjoy them all by going to the hot spring the next morning.Although the building is a bit old, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The carpet on the floor is dirty with lots of stains, but the bathroom in the room has been renovated and is clean and spacious. However, the employees are incredibly unfriendly. Both the parking lot attendant and the front desk. When I went out, I was surprised that he didn't say anything to me and was silent. It wasn't that I couldn't see it because it was passing right in front of me.When I arrived, the parking lot attendant asked for my name, but rather than welcoming me, I was surprised to hear that the parking lot attendant had a strong tone of reproach. It was like checking for trespassing. If you go, Sun Valley is recommended. The employees are energetic, smiling, and in a good mood. Of course, there are a lot of people with children and the building is old, but the customer service is good and I feel satisfied. When you pass each other on the premises, they will say, "Welcome to Sun Valley!" with a happy smile.People with children here have bad manners, and it's very noisy, with adults swimming in the baths and children running wild in their rooms. Parents are taking the initiative to make a fuss.Laforet was also in the news when they served small pieces of meat to the female guests of a male-female pair in Hakone.I think it's good if you are willing to take the time to stay there. The bath is filled with sulfur, but unlike Shika-no-yu, it is a little thinner.

It's nice, but I think it's a little outdated. This hotel is full of the Showa era atmosphere. However, the room was large and comfortable, so I was able to relax. The hot springs were also very nice.

The dinner at Yamaji is delicious. Photo reference. The rooms are old, but well-cleaned. Good location for sightseeing around Nasu Shiobara. I went there twice. I think the service is worth the price. It's not high-end, but it's not cheap either.

Considering the price, the room was spacious and clean. The hot spring was a cloudy sulfur spring. There is little stimulation and you can soak slowly.I stayed overnight without meals, but there was a pod in the room, and the microwave was located on the other floor near the elevator hall.

【place】Approximately 35 minutes by car from Nasushiobara Station. Close to Nasu Imperial Villa. Proceed from the direction of Nasu-Shiobara Station to Ikgenjaya intersection, and go up the hill a little with Seven-Eleven on your right. The hotel is located at the end of the green tunnel. There is a shuttle bus to and from Nasushiobara Station that makes two round trips a day, so you can get there even if you don't have a car. However, it is more convenient to have a car.Uesugi Shrine was within walking distance. On the way to the hotel, I passed through tunnels lined with white birch trees many times, and it was soothing to the eyes.【meal】We only had breakfast, but many restaurants in the area close in the evening, so it would be safer to include breakfast and dinner. If you have a car and can move around freely, eating out is fine. There was a wide variety of regular Western food and Japanese food from other countries, and the breakfast venue was spacious and had plenty of seating. The bacon was thickly sliced and delicious, the gratin quiche, and the fresh salad were all delicious. There were so many kinds that I couldn't eat them all. I think buffets are often set out in a U-shape, but they are spread out with a square in the center and rice, soup, and drinks on the sides, so you have to wait in a single line for a long time. I was able to eat hot food smoothly without any inefficiencies like . I think it's well thought out.【hot spring】It is a simple sulfur spring. However, the smell of sulfur is very slight and doesn't really bother me.The hot water is smooth and dark milky white, and you can barely see your body once you soak in the bathtub. If you go to the hot water outlet, it will be hot, but the temperature is generally comfortable for soaking. The 4th floor has a large public bath, sauna, and low-temperature jacuzzi. There are many paid massage chairs and sofas in the lobby. The 5th floor has a large public bath and a rock bath (outdoor). Fewer sofas.Men and women alternate on odd and even days. You can enjoy both types of hot springs by visiting the hot springs at night and in the morning. The women's bath is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, emulsion, body cream, heel cream, brush, and ion hair dryer, so you don't have to bring anything except towels.【room】It's a resort hotel so it's spacious. When I enter the room, I check every corner, and it is clean without any problems. I appreciate that the bathtub is spacious and the washroom is spacious with a large mirror. The room is also brightly lit for a hotel. It's a little boring, but I'm grateful.【others】It's nice to have all the souvenirs available. I bought a bunch of them and shipped them. It's nice and easy to go home.
