It's quite a walk from the station, and the train noise is so loud I can't sleep. The building shakes due to vibrations. There's no microwave either. A small balcony instead of a balcony? There is no outlet for the pot, so I put it on the floor and boil it. I will never go again! It was the first experience of my life!

Great location as it is only a minute walk from the Chiba train station ( North exit). Definitely not for people that are light sleepers as this hotel borders the train tracks which go non stop till midnight and start up again at 4am.

It takes a long time to check in.When I tried to confirm by phone, I was only connected to voice guidance, and even when I sent an email to the email address sent to confirm the room number, I was asked for a reservation number, but I couldn't figure out which reservation number it was. Additionally, it takes nearly 15 minutes to receive a reply.

First of all, the mysterious claim that it is 1 minute from Chiba Station is a lie (I walked normally for about 10 minutes), and the sound of the train is unusual. I was able to sleep because the trains weren't running at night, but it was hell from 6am when the trains started moving. I can't sleep at all. I will never use it again.

The train noise is so unusually loud that I can't sleep at all. I don't think I will ever use this accommodation again unless it has soundproofing measures. I really can't sleep, so please be careful when making reservations.

Recommended for those who want to sleep right next to the train. The interior is normal, but the cancellation fee will be charged in full regardless of the deadline. The pamphlet explaining the room was also in broken Japanese.

The only reason for this 1 star is that the room was clean. Although it is beautiful, it is not at all compared to other hotels. And the hallways and exterior entrances are very dirty. There is also no microwave and loungewear. There was no receptionist, plus the room number was really difficult to understand. Even if you call the phone number, there is no meaning as it is an electronic tone. I will never come again.
