Yasu and crew are fantastic hosts! The guesthouse is walking distance from beautiful beaches and great sushi and ramen restaurants. Yasu was kind enough to help arrange taxis when needed, and gave us a helpful overview of the house and amenities upon our arrival. We will definitely be visiting again!

The room is neat and clean, with traditional Japanese architecture and very comfortable to live in!There is also an enthusiastic host who helps with many things, we are very grateful🤍🇯🇵

It is run by a Canadian and has 4 tatami rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a simple barbecue.You can walk to the convenience store and the sea is also worth walking to.The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with tableware, cooking utensils, and a refrigerator, making cooking easy.

Booked 3 nights (via their website with a deposit for the 1st night as the host didn't except a reservation via phone). Had a COCKROACH in our room the first night. So we decided to leave as most of us would especially considering paying 9000yen(75euro)/2persons/night one shouldn't need to deal with COCKROACHES in the room (especially since you're sleeping on the floor/ground-level). We asked for a refund of the remaining 2 nights. There was no understanding from the hosts side (he was actually kinda impolite) and was only willing to refund 4500 of the 18000 yen paid referring to their cancellation policy. However that a COCKROACH in the room is not a regular cancellation and could/ideally should be handled in a more customer friendly way he did not want to understand. Also the host was pushy and insisting we pay all nights in advance when we first met him (its one thing if thats their policy but the manner was unfriendly and impatient). That and when he came to argue with us was basically the only time he showed up. The worst and only bad experience during our trip.
