The photo of the room looks clean at first glance, but the plumbing has been completed. The bottom of the hand washing area is damaged and the smell comes from the drain.During my stay, the room smelled of urine. Maybe it was the drain? It can't be helped that the facility is old, but the photos show too much light and make it look pretty. The bathtub and toilet are orange. The air conditioning also stinks. The cost was 13,000 yen per person per night, and the only thing I can praise is the ease of access.

I thought the location was very good, right next to Kanda Station. However, when I checked in (around 10:30 p.m.), the man at the front desk was unfriendly and unpleasant, so I don't think I'll use him again. The room was old and dirty, and there was no outlet near the bed, which was inconvenient. The TV remote control didn't work (out of battery?) which was a big problem.

Almost Perfect, but a limited laundry facilityI stayed two weeks at Kanda Station Hotel in late August 2024 for a business trip from the US. Staffers were very polite and kind. The guest room was as small as ones of typical hotels in Tokyo, but it was clean, quiet, and just good enough. There were a small fridge w/o freezer and an electric kettle in the guest room. There was a bathtub in the bathroom too.The location was unbeatable: only a couple blocks away from Kanda Station, and barely within a walking distance of Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station. I appreciated very reasonable fees. The plan didn't include breakfast but that was fine--I could enjoy eating out at cheap restaurants nearby rather than going to the same hotel restaurant every morning for two weeks ;-)Sadly, there was one caveat: there was only one 2-in-1 laundry machine (washer & dryer), and I often saw someone using it or waiting for the current load ends. The nearest laundromat was located 10 minutes away which was cumbersome to make a trip every time I do laundry. To the management: please add one or two more washers so that I can recommend Kanda Station Hotel to my colleagues traveling to our Tokyo office.Very satisfied (* Unfortunately, there are insufficient laundry facilities)I stayed at Kanda Station Hotel for about two weeks in late August 2024 on a business trip from America. The staff were very polite and kind. Although the room was quite small like a typical business hotel in Tokyo, it was clean, quiet, and just adequate. The room also had a refrigerator (no refrigeration) and electric kettle, and a bathtub in the bathroom. The location conditions are excellent. It was right next to Kanda Station, and you could barely walk to Tokyo Station and Akihabara Station. Accommodation rates were also reasonable. Even though breakfast was not included, I would have preferred to eat at a nearby cheap restaurant rather than having breakfast at the same hotel every day for a two-week stay, haha.Unfortunately, there was only one washer/dryer in the hotel. So it was difficult to use because other customers were using it or there were people waiting for it to finish. However, it is inconvenient that the nearest coin laundry is a 10 minute walk away.Hotel staff. Please increase your laundry facilities. That way, we will be able to recommend Kanda Station Hotel to our colleagues when we go on business trips to our Tokyo office.

A hotel in front of the station. While hotel prices in the city are soaring due to special demand from inbound tourists, you can stay here relatively cheaply. The room is fairly spacious, but the bed is comfortable and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The location in front of the station is the best. Don't expect a great view.

The walls are so thin that you can hear the TV and people talking in the next room. There was an idiot who was calling late at night and it was the worst.

Close to Kanda Station, there are many restaurants nearby. There is an automatic check-in machine at the front desk, and amenities are placed on the path leading to the guest room elevator, from where you can take them to your room. There is only instant tea in the room. I went into the room on the 9th floor thinking I had some slippers, but they weren't there, so I went downstairs to get them again.
