Take the Kodenmacho Subway Exit 3, turn left and walk for 10 seconds. Free laundry is available at the entrance of the bathhouse. There are three groups for men and two groups for women. You can watch how long the washing process has been running on the TV. Each time lasts about 30 minutes. Clothes drying costs 100 yen for 20 minutes. You can operate the popsicles, Yakult, and massage chairs by following the instructions (in Chinese), and the ramen (drink machine included) from 9:30 to 11pm. The only drawback that can be picked is that the pillows are a bit hard and not elastic, but everything else is very good.

From Sept 30 - Oct 2, 2024, my wife and i checked in here. The chain has been our default option as we liked its public baths. And its late night ramen before 11pm ensures we won’t get hungry due to late check-ins.

Inside Dormy Inn, it feels compact (bath, restaurant, guest room, smoking area, etc.).However, since there are only a few rooms, it is very quiet. The interior of the hotel also has a calm atmosphere with indirect lighting.

Everyone else was kind, but K. Ono and M. Kim's response was the worst.I am an international couple (my fiance is Japanese) and this was our first time taking my parents to Japan. When I arrived at the first hotel with an excited heart, an employee named k.ono told me to go to the kiosk with my chin.Since my girlfriend is Japanese, I asked in Japanese if I could check in at the counter, but she told me to go back to the kiosk without any explanation. There was a problem at the kiosk and I asked if I could just do it at the counter, but they just looked at me blankly and told me to figure it out on my own.In the end, another employee came out from inside to help. When I asked if it was necessary to use the kiosk, Koreans just evaded the question by saying that the kiosk would not be convenient. Even though a Japanese person is speaking Japanese next to you.You put off doing something because you think it’s annoying.Even at the end, when my fiancé said she didn't understand, she didn't just say sorry, but felt like she was sorry, and it was a series of disappointments.+ The employee named M. Kim was also ingrained with unfriendliness. He showed incomprehensible behavior, such as asking for cleaning since he was staying overnight, getting very annoyed and sighing at obvious requests such as check-out, and snatching the card out of my hand.Having traveled to over 30 countries, I have never seen a place where kiosks are required, and this is the first time I've ever had someone get angry and snatch my card when requesting cleaning or checking out for multiple stays. The last card was snatched away and the manager came out in surprise and seemed to be talking, but I couldn't hear it because I had to leave. The next day, I stayed at Onyado Nono, which is part of the same Dormy Inn family, and it was a really friendly place that made me feel good.Although it may be an individual employee's deviation, my memories of this accommodation are the worst ever.

While everyone else was friendly, the responses from K. Ono and M. Kim were the worst.I am in an international relationship (my fiancé is Japanese), and it was the first time I brought my parents to Japan. With excitement, we arrived at the first hotel, but when we got there, a staff member named K. Ono just gestured us to go to the kiosk with his jaw.Even when my girlfriend, being Japanese, asked in Japanese if we could check in at the counter, he gave no explanation and just told us to go to the kiosk again. When there were issues at the kiosk, my fiancée asked if we could just check in at the counter, but he just stared blankly, as if saying it was up to us.Eventually, another staff member came out to help us, and that’s how it got resolved. When my fiancée asked if using the kiosk was mandatory, he avoided the question, saying things like "Koreans might find the kiosk convenient," even though a Japanese person was speaking right next to him.It felt like he was just pushing his work aside out of laziness. At the end, when my fiancée said she didn’t understand, there was no sense of apology; it felt more like a dismissive "sorry."Additionally, M. Kim seemed to embody unfriendliness. When I requested cleaning for our consecutive stay and asked about check-out—very reasonable requests—she sighed heavily, looked annoyed, and even snatched the card from my hand, which was completely baffling.Having traveled to over 30 countries, I’ve never encountered a place where kiosks were mandatory like this. It was the first time I’ve seen someone get annoyed about cleaning requests and snatch my card. After this card snatching incident, I saw the manager come out, looking surprised, but I had to leave and couldn’t hear what was said. The next day, we stayed at Onyado Nono, another Dormy Inn location, and the staff there were genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome.Although this was an individual staff issue, my overall experience at this accommodation was the worst I’ve ever had.

A customer coming from Korea had booked here, so I visited with him to check in on his behalf. As soon as I entered, the front desk was empty with no other customers, but I was guided to check-in at the kiosk without any explanation.During the process, I was slow to recognize the situation, and when I went to the front desk and was told by the staff member who was watching me, I was told that the opportunity had been reflected and I should return to the kiosk and continue checking in. If the front desk could help me, the check-in would be over immediately. It took a very long time. For a moment, I went up to the room with her and was thinking of helping guide her around the room, but then she realized that non-guests were not allowed to go up to the guest room floor...When I was waiting in the lobby, I felt uncomfortable because other foreign customers were checking in at the front desk, so I asked them and they told me that the kiosk has a Korean language setting, so according to the regulations, they guide me at the kiosk. That means that they judge the number of guests based on their appearance and guide them accordingly, right?A male staff member with a name tag written as K.Ono took care of all the correspondence. As a fellow Japanese, I felt very uncomfortable with the difference in the way customers from overseas were treated.I wonder how such a response would be given to a major chain and a premium product. Afterwards, when I complained about water dripping from the air conditioner in my room, another person who responded to my complaint said that they responded kindly while using a translator.Because of one staff member, I don't want to use not only this store but other Dormy Inn hotels next time.

We always love dormy inns. The reception is 24hrs so you can check in anytime through the machine.Of course the rooms are small, but we expected that. I’d give the cleanliness a 9/10 since the carpet felt a bit dusty. The sauna is always great. There’s indoor and a small outdoor area. Cold bath and sauna. Multiple brands of shampoo conditioner are available. The dormy inn uses soft water, so its gentle on the skin. They have 1 washing machine and drier. The washer is free but the drier has a charge.Around the area, there’s a 7/11 right downstairs and small grocery just a few meters away. The Hibiya line station entrance is right next to the hotel, which is great! If you are lugging around big luggage, the elevator entrance is only a block or 2min walk away! Very very convenient. We’d give the breakfast a simple 9/10.Good japanese breakfast served! Not that many options, but just right and healthy! Will definitely book dormy inns again.

2024.09.25The advantage of the Dormy Inn series is that in addition to the hot springs, it also provides free laundry and drying (20 minutes/100 yen). Ramen is provided from 21:00 to 23:00 at night. It is very convenient for friends who travel abroad and do not need to bring too much. Lots of clothes.Self-service check-in is available in multiple languages. For women, you need to provide a password to use the hot spring. For men, just swipe your room card. The hot spring pool is on the 11th floor. Popsicles are provided in the evening, Yakult is provided in the morning, and there are two massage chairs for free use.The second floor is the restaurant, where breakfast and night ramen are served. Free coffee is provided from 14:00-23:00 (some branches also provide it in the morning, which is really good for people who are used to drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. I hope there is Opportunities can be provided until morning)The TV also has various languages to introduce various facilities and free wifi. It is about 1 minute away from Exit 3 of the subway. There is a convenience supermarket next to it. The location is very good. However, if you carry large luggage, it is recommended to take Exit 2 to have an elevator, otherwise it is all stairs. There are no escalators. Will consider Dormy Inn again when coming to Japan❤️

I was satisfied with my luggage being put in my room when I first checked it in, but I guess something went wrong with the system at the time of check-in. I paid in advance through Agoda when I visited, but I almost had to pay again, and the reception staff who responded to that matter was a bit disappointed in their response even though I'm not good at English and Japanese. Except for him, all the other staff were friendly. Other than that, the condition of the accommodation was small but okay, the large public bath was nice, being able to eat ice cream and yogurt after the large public bath was nice, the massage chair was good for relieving fatigue from traveling, and the breakfast was delicious! Overall I was satisfied
