We stayed with our twin girls. The manager Jack and his guest relations manager were awesome. After a mix up with our booking they made everything perfect. Thanks team.

Decent breakfast but lacks variety and changes, one of the best machine coffees in town, staffs are generally polite and helpful, my family and I enjoyed the executive lounge so much, the rooms are well decorated but can be more spacious

The WORST website experience - specifically the membership program. It is impossible to set up an account, manage an account and use this for the in hotel wifi. Don’t try your web streaming services here. It wont work. The customer experience for Accor group is shameful especially your convoluted payment membership programme confusion. The wifi experience is a bit embarrassing.

Hotel is well located, close to all your need. Well decorated from check in to the rooms. Rooms are not large. No desk for working within the room. Lighting effect are great but difficult for make up. Very limited cupboard space. Breakfast is great and personel very helpful.

The family stayed here in Tokyo Hibiya, I choose here as it seemed a central location Tokyo and right next to a few different train lines. …

It has nice style and the location is convenient but the rooms are poorly designed, and if you need any assistance you will need to speak Japanese. I was hoping at an Accor hotel there would be some French or English. …

Check in was seamless for me. Hotel is just off the less busy part of Ginza but walking distance to the main streets. Room's layout is intuitive and you have pretty much all you need.I have 2 gripes though:1) the very dated curtain and shower bathtub which tends to leave your bathroom floor wet2) the horrendous lighting setup. While it is kind of ok in the bedroom, where the lights were postioned in the toilet/bathroom feels like they were done by a toddler. There is one light above the mirror that shines directly onto the highly reflective tap which then blasts that light directly into your face. If you need to put make up on or have a good shave, good luck getting it done properly lol.Oddly, housekeeper was inconsistent for me as well. Some days they took my robes and didn't replace them, other days they took the hand towels and did not replace them as well. Not a major issue per se, just very odd to have to deal with it.Pillows are super duper soft. This is subjective so it's not a pro/con. Did not try the restaurant so no comments there.Overall, it was a still a good stay, just with some mind boggling flaws. But i would return as long as you're not paying peak rates.

Room is small. The front desk named Tetsu is not helping at all. He helped me with my first day checking in yet he sent an email before about my separate booking request, those booking joined while we stayed there. …
