Very cozy and nice place to stay in Shimoda. I had 3 nights here with cheap price. The owner is very friendly and kind. The room is clean, classic design. Only 1 minute to Shirahama beach!

It's a beautiful and cute pension. There is also a private jacuzzi available. Shirahama Beach is also nearby. The owner is kind. I forgot to bring souvenirs and sweets, so when I asked for them over the phone, the post office sent them to me, which was very helpful. Close to the bus stop

A pension located right next to the Shirahama beach. Beautiful Western-style room and great location. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right in front of it, so it's convenient for shopping!After surfing, you can wash your body in the hot shower outside. The reasonable price for a stay without meals is also attractive.However, the biggest attraction here is the Jacuzzi on the rooftop. There is a time system, but it can be reserved for private use, so you can enjoy it with your partner or friends. By the way, on weekdays, if there are no other guests, you can almost reserve the place for yourself!It's run by a couple, so we recommend it for adult guests who don't want to make a fuss.

I used it for New Year's Eve, and it was a very nice pension!I'll definitely be ordering again for the next New Year's Eve.The owner and his wife had great smiles and we had a great time talking to them.It's extremely convenient as you can walk to Shirahama in 2-3 minutes and go to a convenience store in the same amount of time.I went exploring the beach with my kids in the middle of the night with a flashlight.If it's sunny, you can see a lot of stars.I think the Jacuzzi on the 3rd floor also offers a great bath time with an ocean view if it's daylight.In winter, it's pitch black and you can't see anything, but just the jacuzzi is great.If you want to drink alcohol around Izukyu Shimoda Station, you will need to call a taxi, but if you have one come to the Seven near your pension, it will cost about 2,000 yen one way.The inn has a fireplace to the left of the entrance, creating a great atmosphere in winter.The children were impressed by the fireplace for the first time and stayed warm by staring at it for a long time.The rooms are spacious and stylish, with high ceilings that give an open feel.Everything from the entrance to the room is clean, so I think you can feel safe even if you have small children.Regarding the parking lot, we were told to ``park anywhere you like,'' but it's so spacious that even those who don't like parking in tight spaces can park with peace of mind.There is no Wi-Fi, so be careful if you have a small number of gigs.There is no electric kettle, so you have to buy cup noodles at a convenience store and add hot water before returning home.Next time I would like to try night fishing on the beach at night when there are no surfers.

Climbing up the hill from the sea, it was the closest to the sea on a street lined with various pensions, and it was a short walk to the coast.The first floor of the building is lined with shower rooms, so you can take a shower just above the sea.It probably depends on the time of year, but they let me use the shower and parking lot even after checking out. (Used at the end of April)There was an open-air jacuzzi bath available by reservation. Don't expect too much from the jacuzzi, just enjoy it as if it were an open-air bath.It's not a new building, so it looks a little dated, but it was well-maintained and well-maintained.
