I used a semi-double.It is located in a location that is not far from Kanda Station. There is also a family market on the first floor, which is convenient. There is also a small work table in the room. The unit bath is super small. The softness of the bed was just right.I'm glad it also comes with a charging cable. The hair dryer is small. I want something bigger.A coin laundry is located on the first floor. Laundry costs 400 yen, and drying costs 100 yen for 15 minutes.Accommodation tax is collected separately and is 18,600 yen per night, so 200 yen was collected at check-in.I would like it to be included in the accommodation fee.

I liked everything, the staff is very friendly. Conveniently located on several metro lines within walking distance. Cleaned every day. The room is very small, but the bed is comfortable for two.

I left my money in the safe and after calling the hotel they told me we didn't have the money. I was ready to travel from Osaka to Tokyo to pick up my money that I forgot in the safe during my stay. Theft! It's unbelievable and it wasn't a small amount of money, I would prefer honesty. Hope the cleaner or employee needs my money.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a double room non-smoking for a very reasonable price and overall location was incredibly convenient and accessible. 7-eleven, lawson, mini stop and family mart within 5 min walk of each other. Kanda station about 6 min walk west and Kodemmacho station about 6 min walk south. If your trip to Japan is for longer than 2 weeks and you've got 2 large suitcases, the double room is quite a squeeze - we had those samsonite hard case bags (over 60cm in total dimensions) so not ideal when needing to access them but worth the price paid. Would recommend for location, but maybe get a larger room if you're willing to spend a bit more.

This has been my third visit to the hotel (from 6/23 to 7/12) and, like the previous times, they have met my expectations. The rooms are small, but this is expected from this type of hotel. For us it has not been a problem because we only use it to sleep and shower. Even with the small size, it has a kettle, hairdryer, safe, washing machine service, etc. As for the cleanliness of the room, it is simply correct. As for the staff, I can only say that they are friendly and helpful. They help with everything necessary, in my case they found a lost item and solved a problem with the safe in a matter of minutes. As for something "improvable" I would say 2 things. The first razor they have is really bad and you have to use it very carefully to avoid cutting yourself. And the second thing is the size of the leather slippers they lend you for the room, they are too small and, in my case, not usable. They just don't give me the width of the foot.
