I am Spanish, I stayed there for 4 days with 3 other people in the room and we were still comfortable. They are very friendly and have very good service. Both the beds and the bunk beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is spacious and clean.I would definitely repeat my stay.

A good choice for short-term accommodation, the room is fully equipped with all the necessary gadgets. There are several small supermarkets nearby and it is also close to the subway station.

This is a reasonably priced, clean hotel that is great for visiting Ginza and Odaiba. All staff, including Ms. Lillian, speak native English very fluently and are cheerful and friendly. The capsule coffee in the lobby is delicious. It was especially nice that the smart TV in the room was good at mirroring and various OTT functions, and that it could be adjusted to an angle of close to 90 degrees so that I could watch it while lying in bed. A washing machine, detergent, kitchenette, and dishes are provided, and the toilet and bathroom are separate. The elevator and lobby smell wonderful. There are 3 USB sockets around the bed. There is a fold-down wall bed and a ladder. Humidifiers and various home appliances are available for rental. My wife said she really liked the bedding, including pillows, mattresses, and blankets.I also recommend a robatayaki restaurant about a block away called Nakamata Brewery Mosuke. The grilled fish called Nodoguro is a bit expensive, but it tastes fantastic and is worth the money. At this point, it appears to be an almost perfect hotel, but it is not without its flaws. I control the temperature with a heater, but the bed next to the window gets a bit of cold air, so I have to raise the temperature to over 25 degrees in the winter, which makes the room very dry. There was no air purifying humidifier, which is common in business hotels, so it was quite difficult to sleep. I understand that there is a charge for housekeeping during the stay and upon departure, but I wish towel exchanges, which cost 500 yen each, were free. It does not seem to be of great help in protecting the environment, and it is inconvenient that only credit/IC cards are used for payment. This is a good hotel that I would like to visit again if the humidifier/towel issue is resolved.
