It's very close to the station, and there are smoking rooms available for smokers. I mean, there are only smoking rooms. They said there was no WiFi, but a wireless LAN was installed. Recommended if you are a smoker

All rooms are smoking and there is no network.It takes quite a while for the cooler to start working.The people at the front desk are friendly.The room is suitable for the price and there is no problem if you are just staying there.There are stains on the chair and bed.The equipment is old and the hot water in the bathtub is slow.There was a toothbrush.The pot was usable, but the lid was broken.I stayed with a friend, but I don't think I would use it with my family.

While I was making a reservation over the phone, the waiter who looked like an old lady seemed to be bothering me and suddenly hung up on me.I wonder if Kobe is like this because customers come even if you don't do anything? ?I will never book again.

It was quite old and didn't feel luxurious.On the contrary, it was very well kept. The water area is very clean with no stains on the walls. There is no problem even if you look in various places for a rough search.It was a little difficult to use (especially around the entrance), but considering the location it was fine.He kindly answered even my basic questions since I was not familiar with traveling.

worst.I stayed there as there was no other place available, but the only good thing about it was the location.Employee, all the rooms are finished.It is better to cancel the reservation.I don't want to add 1.

It's right in front of Sannomiya Station, so there's a downtown area, so it's not inconvenient for eating or taking the train.The hotel itself has old facilities considering the price (10,000 yen per night), and if you stay for a long time, the old smell of the room will transfer to your clothes.When I entered the room, there was room temperature juice in the refrigerator.Did you clean it? I'm starting to doubt it.There was no cleaning included in our overnight stay plan, so when we returned, there was a paper bag hanging on the door with new towels inside. (Paper bags are reusable)Even though I was staying for several nights, when I handed the key to the front desk in the morning, they asked me if I was checking out...When I came home from work feeling unreliable, I was given the wrong room key even though I had given my room number.There are an old lady and a middle-aged man at the front desk, but the middle-aged man is more unreliable.There is no laundry in the hotel.There is also no parking lot.Since it was in front of the station, there was no upper limit for coin parking in the surrounding area, but there was a coin parking lot a little further away that had a night limit.The nighttime limit is set from 8:00 or 9:00 p.m.Until then, the average daytime charge was around 200 yen for 30 minutes.Nearby coin parking lots with upper limit settings are full between 5pm and 7pm.There's no problem if you get in early, but the daytime fees are high, so it's annoying.Even if it's a bit expensive, there are plenty of hotels, so I think it's better to stay there.

I felt that the cost and location were good. However, I got the impression that there was some kind of surveillance, such as having a curfew and handing over the keys to the front desk.

The only good thing is the location. Since it was a three-day holiday, I was told that only room W was available, and a nearby hotel was not available, so I had to take an exam the next day, so I paid 15,000 yen for a room without meals. I was even more disappointed when I saw the room. There are stains in the dilapidated room that make it look like a ghost will appear. Furthermore, when I checked in, I checked the Wi-Fi and it was there, but I was told that it was difficult to get through the room I was using, but it wasn't, so I told the front desk that it might be possible to get through if I opened the door. I'm afraid for security reasons, so is there anything I can do? I'm sorry. "I can't do it, so can I cancel?" I thought that was a terrible response.

A very ordinary business hotel. It certainly feels old, but it is kept clean and there are no problems at all. It says there is no Wi-Fi, but in fact there is. However, the signal is weak and is limited to areas near elevators. Considering the location near Sannomiya Station, the plan pricing on various reservation sites is way too low. I would definitely use this hotel again if I have business in Kobe next time. Convenience for families is unknown.

On the afternoon of August 2, 2013, I went to Kobe from Nara and saw the Kobe Flower Hotel after getting off at Sannomiya Station. You have a guy with a mustache yelling at the customers of this hotel. Very uneducated and the worst hotel in Japan.

I missed the last train and entered the train late at night.I thought it would be okay just to sleep, but at first I regret it.I spend several hours in a horrible room with no desire to take a bath, just in my clothes. Charge a fair amount tooI thought about moving to another hotel, but as a citizen of Kobe, a tourist city, I'm disappointed.

Smoking, close to the station, and reasonably priced.It has everything I need when I'm on a business trip, so I always stay here. It's good enough for just sleeping, but I don't think it's suitable for people who want the smell of cigarettes and a sense of cleanliness.

I booked this because I had an early flight the next day.There was a notice in advance that the room was for smoking only, and that if you wanted to be non-smoking, you should look for another hotel. The smell in the room was worse than the cigarette smell, and I tried to find Febreze because of the smell, but it wasn't there.I had the window open, but the voices outside were so annoying that I closed it and took a rest. The bath, toilet, slippers, etc. were old and didn't feel clean, and I didn't even want to touch the switches. I was woken up by the sound of someone entering the room opening and closing the door in the middle of the night.The only advantage was that the bus stop was right in front of me.
