I want to say an amazing thank you to the owners for our stay here. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great care, one of the hosts even brought us cold tea as he saw we were melting in the heat. The Inn is like a trip back in time with its beautiful hard wood floors, clean tatami rooms, bathroom with baths and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are perfectly clean and even bigger than some modern hotels (big enough for you to lay your suitcase unlike we’ve experienced elsewhere). There’s Jazz playing in the evening and a little area to chill and enjoy a tea before bed while you chat to other guests. It was a nice and quiet change from the hustle and bustle of Osaka.Again I want to thank the owner for the parting gifts she gave us. We really hope to come visit again soon and will be sure to recommend this place to friends!

The building has been renovated since the Taisho era. The interior looks like an old folk house that could be used in a TV drama. It's been kept clean, but the plumbing and other areas are showing their age, so I think everyone's tastes will be divided. It is loved by fans of Nintama Rantaro, and many of Takeya's illustrations are drawn on the blackboard on the second floor.Relatively cheap accommodation in the area. The bar is open on weekdays. For parking, use a nearby paid parking lot.

I was unable to find accommodation due to a sudden extension of my business trip, so I had no choice but to stay here. However, pieces from the gourd. The retro atmosphere full of Taisho romance made me feel at ease, and the clean furniture and friendly customer service relieved my fatigue and helped me concentrate on the next day's work. j

-Very run down hotel masquerading as a Ryokan. More akin to a run down hostel.- Smoking is allowed indoors so common areas and rooms smell of smoke.- All rooms have to be vacated between 10 and 1600.- Not allowed to take room key.- Poor location.- Uncomfortable beds.- Inaccurate listing images that do not fairly reflect the rooms or hotel.Left after one night and requested a refund which was refused.
