I was worried because the reviews weren't good, but I was right.Customer service really needs to improve. Even when I told them when to start dinner and breakfast, they told me that the earlier the better, and asked me to come 5 minutes early. When I told them check out was at 10am, they showed a blatantly unpleasant attitude. Finally, around 9:55 a.m., there was a knock on the door, and someone told me that it was almost time. It was the first time someone had said something like that to me, and my wife was furious. The basics of accommodation facilities have not been completed. It's really a shame because the Vietnamese trainees worked hard together and the food was good both in the morning and at night.

I had read that the food was delicious, so I thought I would be able to enjoy the food even though the inn is old, but I was disappointed.Other than the food, I think it can't be helped since it's not a hotel, but there are some people who complain about the poor customer service. Regarding that person, I was left with a careless impression, both in the way he spoke and in his responses to questions. In terms of cooking, the crabs were handled poorly, and perhaps because the knife was inserted incorrectly, it was very difficult to eat.The soup stock in the pot was also so strong that I wondered if they were not confident in the taste of the crab. The ingredients were a little overcooked and not edible.Grilled in a salt pot? I was told that it was famous, but I had no idea how good it was.The crab I usually eat has a delicious and sweet taste, but the crab I ate here did not taste good. There was an indoor hot spring bath, but it was lukewarm so I didn't go in. I also wish there were tissues in the changing room.I had someone take me there, but I was so disappointed that I couldn't bring myself to thank them because my expectations were so low. I think it's fine if you just want to enjoy visiting Kinosaki Onsen, but I don't think it's suitable for gourmet lovers or if you're taking someone with you.

I stayed at Kazan in Yanagisou. The Vietnamese trainees did their best to serve customers. It was difficult to communicate in detail. The food was good and the quantity was reasonable. The room was kept clean as far as I could see.The small parts felt old and lacked cleaning. The bed was comfortable. Also, I was instructed to park somewhere far away.I was charged 1000 yen at checkout without any explanation. Moreover, there is an additional charge if even one minute passes after 10am.Please be careful as it will be taken. The lady at the front desk? It feels bad. There will be no second use.

Stayed here for crab salted rice cooker. In the evening, when I mentioned that I was thinking of going out for drinks, the lady at the inn offered to show me around a local restaurant and took me out, which was nice, but she just stayed there and bought me many drinks. It made me feel bad. I told him I wanted to drink alone.

This was one of our favorite places we stayed our whole Japan trip. The dinner they serve you is huge and all so fresh and good. The rooms were traditional and very comfortable. The bath houses are all very close and the the private onsen at the hotel is amazing as well.

I feel bad for writing this review as the two older people running it were very sweet, but the shower had many large dead bugs in it. Additionally the bathtub had scum and it makes you wonder when it was last cleaned. The first night I had hot shower water but the following night it was only cold.
