IF THERE WAS A 0 STAR OPTION, I'D CHOOSE 0 STAR RATHER THAN 1 STAR!!!!Look, boss, I don't know whose fault this is, the manager or the employee or the application. This is just input to build you up in the future. It's not just me who reviewed it, but it turns out there are many. chronology like this:Our family ordered on the Agoda application for a cheap price for 2 days, only 169 thousand. It turned out that until the price changed, they said all visitors were the same (showing proof of payment, whether it was true or not). We and our family were tired and wanted to take a break, checked in at 2 o'clock, it turned out that apart from the price having doubled (for the reason that the price in the application was not valid) the room we ordered was still being used by guests (the reason) and we waited until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. OK, we were given a temporary room, but the AC was broken, the KM floor was dirty (smoking marks), the TV facilities were broken (okay, we didn't watch TV). How come there is a rule that we check in at 2 pm but are told to wait for a room until 5 pm. We are forced to live these 2 days in a very bad mood. Please use this as a hard lesson for improvement.

The waiter is okay, friendly. Very disadvantaged by the room, paid 110 thousand but apparently didn't get any facilities except a mattress, fan mode AC, cupboard, outside toilet. The condition of the room was very dirty, it felt like sleeping in a haunted room. The floor was obviously very dusty, starting from the cupboard, mattress, curtains. If you bring children, it is not recommended, because you are afraid it will become a nest for disease.I was offered a refund, but because it was already late at night and my body condition made it impossible to look for another hotel, I was very forced to accept what was available.And for admins, please delete the attached photo because it doesn't really suit the condition of the room. The fall of cheating people if gt.As for the location, it's strategic, easy to reach, close to the city of Bandung.

Guess Oyo Syariah is a nice place, the receptionist is friendly. Hey, even though I've paid in the app, I'm still asked again. If you can't show up at 12 at night, it's better to just look for another hotel

I paid at TRAVELOKA, but they said the price wasn't right.Must add 40kBecause there are rooms 130 & 150The room only has a mattress & a fan in the form of an AC. There's no cupboard. The mattress is rickety. rickety cupboard. Outside bathroom.I really want to take a photo.But I can'tNOTE GUYS.THE ADDITIONAL MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED TO HIS GUARDIAN'S FUND NUMBER.Edited 2nd time.I immediately reported it to Traveloka, they asked for proof of payment (additional) + the name of the recipient, aka receptionist.Yes, there aren't any.People transfer to the cellphone number (fund number) listed on the receptionist desk.After me there was also a mother & child who wanted to check in, but they didn't come because they hadn't paid.

It's really crazy....I paid and applied when I checked in. I was asked again for the reason in the wrong application....Hello bro, the wrong application is not our problem...towels and equipment were not provided, the room was dirty, the AC was not cold, the bathroom was small , very minus.....
