There is no parking lot. There is no bathroom either. Be careful because you have to climb stairs to get to the inn. This was my 3rd visit to the Arima area and the price was cheap. Not recommended. The first floor is like a semi-basement. When using the parking lot, you must check the parking fee. I parked in the parking lot on the main street for about 5 hours and the parking fee was 4,200 yen. In other places, parking fee is 2,100 yen. An inn with a parking lot would be nice.

I think Japanese people should avoid it. It's a Chinese-style inn with almost no Japanese spoken. There are no hot springs either.

This is the only hotel where we had a bit of an issue to communicate with the staff (we speak fluent English and conversational Japanese) during our 16 days trip. I think the staff does not speak Japanese as I've never heard them use it, and cause they never seemed to understand me when I did.But that was the only negative note, and it was a minor issue! The staff found ways to communicate with us in the end, and everything was amazing. The room was very very nice with a nice private bath, and the breakfast was amazing too.On top of that, it was the cheapest Ryokan style place in the area by quite a lot. Would come back!

A ryokan with a very attractive garden along the entrance. The room was clean, and I didn't envy Kin no Yu as I kept soaking in the hot spring bath attached to the room. (Kin no Yu coupons are also provided for free.) Check-in was very late due to a delayed flight, but the owner waited for us. A place that perfectly soothed my upset feelings about being late on the first day of my trip.

The owner was thoughtful enough to stay up and let us in past the check in window. We arrived around 11pm. New to Japan and didn’t know hotels closes at 9pm. My friend’s hotel rejected them and had to stay here with us. The owner charged minimum room price for my friends. We had a total of 8 people.

A ryokan you don't want to stay at againFirst of all, there is no parking lot, and there is no elevator inside. Before you even get to the entranceThere were quite a few stairs, and climbing with two children, a carry case, and a stroller was hell. There is no hot spring inside either, so go down the stairs. It also has to be outside, quite painfulEven though it's a premium roomThe desk and floor are dirty and there is noticeable dust. There was no explanation about breakfast time, and they forgot to hand over the key. This is the first time I've ever felt this bad after traveling.I don't want it to happen twice

A ryokan located near Kin-no-Yu. The building, garden, and guest rooms are purely Japanese, but perhaps because the management company is Chinese, you can feel the essence of China in every detail of the food menu and the design of the guest rooms.Access is conveniently located near Kin-no-Yu, and from Kin-no-Yu you can walk down a narrow alley and climb some stairs to reach the inn. If you come by car, you will need to park at a nearby coin parking lot. Please note that there is no elevator inside the inn.The room is quite spacious and the interior is clean. There is also a small garden. There is no hot spring, but there is a shower room in the room. On the other hand, some small areas such as the ventilation fan in the shower room and the corners of the room were a little dirty.Regarding the service, the receptionist was kind and pleasant, and helped me carry a lot of my baggage. Although the inn does not have a hot spring, they will give you tickets for each person to use at Kin-no-Yu and Gin-no-Yu.Overall, considering the price, it's ◎. Because it is located in the center of Arima Onsen, it is recommended for people who are mainly interested in visiting the outdoor baths and shops.

This Ryokan is very central, but acces only by foot. Room is fine, with private bathing facilities. Breakfast is Japanese style and nice. They don't have an in-house onsen, but give you a ticket for another onsen. However, it was closed on Tuesday. Apparently there was another one nearby where it would also work, but at the reception only very limited English is spoken.

The B&B is two minutes away from Jintang and is very central. The room is Japanese-style and cute, and it also has a bathtub (although it is not a hot spring water)The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The front desk speaks Chinese and is very friendly and welcoming. The disadvantage is that it is on a hillside. If you bring a big suitcase when you check in, it will cause a collapse, so be mentally prepared 😂

The room design has a Japanese feel. It has enough space and is very comfortable. It is located near the commercial street and Kinnoyu. It is easy to access. …
