Very good experience in this hotel booked via Airbnb. This is the first one we are doing in Japan and the location is ideal for discovering the Ginza district. Everything was clearly explained 48 hours in advance to do the online check-in part. I received several emails about this and everything went very well. The staff were always present at reception and very welcoming. The room is small but optimized, like the majority of rooms in Tokyo. Thanks again to the staff who collected and put aside important items forgotten the same day 😊

It's the worst💢I accidentally booked two rooms online, and even though I immediately showed the screen to the front desk staff (a foreigner with broken Japanese) and got confirmation that I could cancel the reservation. As a result, I was forced to pay twice. Later, when I realized that the amount for two rooms had been debited and complained over the phone, the hotel manager turned around and said, ``The staff didn't say anything like that, and you can complain.'' He did something like this, and it was outrageous. When I was told this, I cried myself to sleep. There are many similar complaints in the reviews, but the replies (excuses) from the hotel are not sincere. This is the hotel where I felt the most angry employee ever. Please be careful.(Additional note) Later on, the hotel wrote a false excuse regarding this matter, saying, ``If two rooms are booked by mistake, the hotel may hold back two rooms.'' Even though I told the front staff the moment I made the reservation and canceled one room💢I'm even more angry💢It's really the worst

It's close to the station and within walking distance to Ginza. I think it's convenient to have a convenience store nearby. It's not a location where you can get lost.

It takes about 20 minutes on foot from Tokyo Station. Cleanliness was good. Instead, it is as narrow as it is cheap. I barely opened two suitcases. The price is cheap, so I think you should just look at the price. At first, I was confused because there was no mention of a deposit. You have to pay a deposit to get your room number. Charging cable fill shoe. Counter until 21:00. Basic 110v provided. I would visit again if the price is right.

There was a two-day study session in Tamachi, which was also a very long session from 8:00 in the morning to 10:00 at night.I got up at 5:00 in the morning to get a good seat again when I got home.…. I was nervous just thinking about it, so I searched for a place nearby and found this inn.It was a tight space, but that's to be expected.Just taking a bath and going to sleep is enough. The refrigerator was also nice and cold. The front desk staff will be gone after 9:00 pm, so I was asked how to enter the room, but I was later sent an email with my room number.Enter this number at the entrance, then enter the same number again in the room you reserved. It was easy. There are two pillows on the bed. However, it's more like a double bet than a double bet.It would be difficult to sleep two adults. It might be a good idea for the two of you to stay up all night talking. After entering the room, when I opened the door to go out, I heard loud music that sounded like Chinese folk songs coming from a distant room on the same floor. However, when I return to my room and close the door, the sound is silenced.Around 11 pm, an Asian couple entered the room, and I thought it would be tough for them to be in such a small room, but maybe they could handle it because they were young. After arriving at this hotel for about 2 hours, I went to sleep in preparation for tomorrow, and woke up around 5:30, but I wish I had stayed a little longer. It was a comfortable hotel.Good for staying alone.
