Treasure Hot Spring Hotel, first of all, the building is very beautiful. It is a two-story independent building with a total of 9 rooms. The sister at the front desk speaks excellent English and the introduction is very clear. I chose one hotel and two meals, and enjoyed the kaiseki cuisine in the store. My favorite was the chargrilled sashimi➕radish with sesame sauce.There are 2 private hot springs in the hotel, and you can also enjoy the hot springs of the sister store goshoboh before 8 p.m.

It was my first time visiting Arima Onsen, and I didn't know what kind of accommodation would be good, so I chose this accommodation because there were only a few places I could stay at after looking at many options. As other people have commented, the food is great 👍I enjoyed watching the food being carefully prepared in front of me and it was delicious. The rice cooked at Kamado is also the best😋The host is very responsive and it's a stress-free stay.The bath is also pleasant, and you can bathe in two hot springs at once that are famous for Arima Onsen.It's an old building, so there are some things that bother me, but I would stay at this inn again if I go to Arima Onsen.

You can walk from the station for sightseeing, but a shuttle service is also available if you contact us in advance.The hot springs right next to the inn were available until 8pm, and although it was semi-mixed, no one peeked in.I was able to enjoy the private hot spring bath at the inn.The response from all the staff was also very good.I was able to sleep well and rest my body at the hotel, so I would like to stay there next time.

This hotel does not treat its customers as human beings at all. I have never seen such a disrespectful hotel in so many countries, arrogant and full of insults to its customers. Worst hotel stay of my life.1. As the most important hot spring hotel in this hotel was damaged and not open before check-in, the hotel did not send a message before check-in, otherwise we could choose another hotel with independent hot springs.2. Hotel room at night when we were getting ready to rest, we found four or five cockroaches crawling out of the ceiling and floor, we were scared, I sent an email and called the staff for help at the first time, but no one replied, we had no way to deal with the problem or change the hotel at night in this village. We as customers packed our suitcases for a night without closing our eyes and looking at the cockroaches on the ceiling and floor.3. When we checked out the next morning, we told the staff that I was unwilling to pay for my room because of the poor sanitary conditions and service quality. In such a serious situation, the hotel manager first told me that I could only be exempted from the dinner charge, and then the manager suddenly lied and told me that I could only be exempted from the dinner drink charge. Yes, you heard that right, and the price of the drinks in the dinner was 600 yen, I did not expect to receive such lies and insults in this hotel where I spent 80,000 yen. The building was originally built around 1945, and has since been renovated to become what it is today.I had a twin room on the 1st floor, but when I opened the window, I saw a beautiful small garden, and although there was a street on the other side of the wall, it didn't bother me. Although it is an old inn, it was very comfortable.All of the dishes were delicious, including the charcoal-grilled meat and rice cooked in a pot. The dessert ice cream is also delicious (*´༥` *) and interesting to make.However, the sounds and voices from the next room or one of them were a bit noisy, which was a bit disappointing. It's not the fault of the inn, so it's 5 stars!
