Wow! I had such a great time here, the room is very clean, nice, spacious, the staff (family owned) they are absolutely the nicest people, they are so welcoming, they gave me gifts and guidance on the area, activities, they even offered me a ride to the train station, like WOW!!!They assist me sending my backpack to Osaka. They gave me guidance on what I need to do to get to my next destination! 🙏😊Thank you very much for this life time experience, it was the best vacation I ever had! I will come back in the future. 🙏😊P.s. there are 6 onsen near by you get an Onsen Pass you can go in to every of them whenever you want! Pretty cool place! Kinosaki is so chill and great place to relax, especially at Utsuroi Tsuchiya Annex.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, mainly thanks to the hosts, Kazuki and his mother Kimiko, who are the kindest and most pleasant people I've ever met. They help with anything you need and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is relatively small, with just a few rooms, so the service is very personal. The lobby also serves as a charming café with excellent coffee and a great atmosphere that attracts visitors from all over town. The location is also excellent, as it’s close to what I think is the most beautiful onsen, Goshono-yu. The only issue I had was with the futon, which wasn’t very comfortable for me, but not to the point where I couldn’t sleep or wouldn’t come back. I would definitely return and with great pleasure. Thank you!

Family owned Ryokan with lovely people and amazing modern rooms. Every Onsen is in walking distance. The provided goods makes your stay authentic and easy. I would definitely recommend this place in case you are going to stay in Kinosaki Onsen. We stayed there for two nights and had an unforgetable time.

Me and my friends were slightly lost in the close area to what building it was. But out comes a man with a smile waving his hands at us from the entrance.Thankfully it was the correct hotel and we were showered with greetings and care by the owner himself. We were given introductions, how the hotel and onsens works, and all basic information regarding hotel, food and the town. It's simple info but it goes a long way and it was much appreciated. We were then brought to our huge rooms of tatami mats, balcony, ensuite and all. It was WOWW.We were then served a welcome tea by the owners mother who was soo welcome, kind and sweet. It almost makes you feel at home.In short. Location, fantastic (close to ropeway). Breakfast, really yummy and decent choices. Hotel itself, beautiful and fantastic. Host, amazing and respectful. Will I come again. Absolutely. Should you? Yes.

We were greeted by the owner who checked us in and explained about the town and all the onsens. The owners mother then took us to our rooms and served us all some tea while allowing us to choose our breakfast selection for the next day.The room was spacious and we were given yakutas and an onsen pass for the different onsens. There is a toilet in the room but no shower (which isn't a problem seeing as you'll be going to the onsens anyway). The rooms have balcony's and there's a private onsen at the hotel which you can use if you aren't comfortable with the public ones.Breakfast the next day was simple as we had already chosen what we wanted and check out was also very easy and simple. The owner offered to drive us to the station after checkout however we declined as we wanted to wander round the town a bit more.Overall I would 100% stay here again for the friendly staff and overall room quality

It is located near the ropeway stop in Kinosaki Onsen town. I stopped by for tea. The plum soda was rich and delicious in a nice atmosphere ✨

The accommodation is clean, a modern semi-ryokan, sleeping on futons, and the ground floor is a cafe. The location is very far from the JR station, but it is close to many important onsens. Clogs, yukata robes, umbrellas, baskets, equipment and free onsen admission tickets are provided. Teach you how to wear a yukata. The owner is kind. On the way back, he will drive you to the JR station. I recommend it.
