Great hotel. Located within walking distance of the old town and 10 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel provides free transfer to/from the airport. A lot of greenery and flowers. A small but cozy pool in the hotel courtyard. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice. Welcoming and friendly staff.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially noodle soup & mango sticky rice.But, the room was old, a disgusting smell was coming from the sewer. The worst was the water quality. We changed the shower head that I brought own shower filter and it just turned to black at once. If you r sensitive in clean & water quality, plz avoid.

Nice hotel in Chiang Mai.Large and spacious rooms with all the details well taken care of.Free minibar and snacks included in the price.Fabulous pool and facilities.Gym a bit small but at least there is something.Free transfer service to the airport and center at certain hours.Very complete breakfast.Service of 10.What a category hotel that will not disappoint you.High price but the level of the hotel.Good and quiet location.But it is at least 1km from all points of interest.Hotel very angry with Chinese tourism with families.As a final comment, I would like to tell you that if you choose it, you will not be disappointed.

The most beautiful, personal, happy, relaxing and special hotel of our entire trip to Thailand.Large rooms, focused on children if you want because all the staff are adorable. It makes you sad to leave the hotel because of how beautiful they are and how they take care of you. They give you fruit at noon for free, average hotel prices. It is highly recommended!!! The best without a doubt! We wouldn't go anywhere else!!! We stayed 5 nights

It's very good, we asked for a family room and for the 4 of us it was a bit tight, but the hotel is very good, an ideal pool, a gym with little maintenance and mosquitoes but at least there is a gym and the staff in general is very nice. The complete breakfast. They have a shuttle service to different parts of the city that comes in handy and to the airport. Recommended with children.

Live and live like thisI never thought I would meet a friendly and welcoming hotel... 👍👍👍Highly recommended for family travel!!I went with my 2-year-old daughter and my mother-in-law, and both the room and the pool were nice. The meal was well prepared and better than most restaurants.I will never forget the kindness and kindness of the staff.p.s.This winter, other families also made reservations for this accommodation.

We had an amazing time at Smile Lanna. Every staff member was professional and welcoming. The attention to detail was impressive—there were soundproofing strips under the doors, electric mosquito swatters in the rooms (even though there were no mosquitoes), and plants decorating each room entrance.They went above and beyond by decorating our room with cute swan towels for our honeymoon. We really appreciated their thoughtful touches.If we visit Chiang Mai again, we will definitely stay here!
