The service is good for the price. This time I stayed without meals, so next time I would definitely like to order a meal. It was cheap and helpful. An inn that would come in handy during training camps and matches.

I had been looking at Mitatei Annex, a business guesthouse that I had been eyeing for a long time, and thought it would be a great place for a solo trip (motorcycle touring) with meals at a low price. I was able to stay the night. Since I was staying on a weekend, I chose Jalan's Saturday and Sunday limited plan, ``Juicy grilled meat on a magical iron plate♪ 1 night and 2 meals included (no amenities included)''.Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, the host (who calls himself an old man) welcomed us warmly. For dinner, we not only had free refills of rice, but we also had the option to add kimchi as a special service. Best of all, the seemingly unlikely menu of butter-grilled beef is so delicious that I would be a repeat customer just for this meal. Alcoholic beverages such as beer and shochu must be paid in cash after the meal. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was good, and the connection never dropped from the room to the dining room.Breakfast was a set meal of grilled salmon, but they also had standard items such as natto, seaweed, raw eggs, and pickled plums, as well as furikake, so young people with a big appetite would be able to get as many refills as they like.If I had to pick a negative point, it would be that the room was cold and I couldn't turn off the heating. Also, the restrooms on the first floor are unisex, and only one has a washing machine, and the rest are Japanese-style, which is disappointing. There was an explanation on the Jalan website about the lack of amenities, but the fact that there were no towels in the bath really meant that there were no amenities, and on the contrary, I thought it was refreshing. The main customer base for this inn seems to be groups, such as sports boys and girls and construction site workers staying overnight, but it's also great that you can enjoy conversation with the caring host. I think that's the point. This inn is a must-see for individual travelers who value cost performance and consider meeting new people (hosts) to be part of the fun of traveling. I thought it was worth the 160km trip on a 125cc scooter that can't be driven on the highway. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer as well.

MitateiI came here because I was looking for a half-board accommodation with travel support. The price of 6,600 yen with two meals is reduced to 3,960 yen and includes a 3,000 yen coupon. Check in before 4pm on Sunday. There was no need to fill out any troublesome documents. And get a coupon ticket. The room is about 9 tatami mats long and has a long tatami mat and a futon. The bathroom and toilet are not in the room and are shared. There is a small large public bath, and the host pours hot water for you. There were 5 washing areas, and when 3 people entered, it felt like it was full. From what I heard, it can only be used until 10pm at night, and the hot water is turned off in the morning so it cannot be used. This point has come a long way. I've stayed at many cheap hotels, but this was the first time I'd stayed in one where you couldn't take a bath in the morning. Check out is also at 9 o'clock.Dinner is served from 5:30 pm. This is an example of Yakiniku. There were about 5 other customers. The Yakiniku was voluminous and delicious. I was able to get refills of rice, but by the time I ate my third bowl, the rice cooker jar was empty. Also, the footsteps sound really loud. The walls are so thin that you can often hear snoring. Probably a guest staying overnight. The room door was noisy and difficult to close. There is Wifi, but the difficulty of accessing it may vary depending on the room. Room 105 was cut off. In the end, I used my own mobile Wifi.Breakfast was supposed to be finished between 6:30 and 8, so I went there at 7:30. The contents were a normal breakfast. In my opinion, the price is cheap, but I wonder if I can put up with the drawbacks of being cheap. Not being able to take a bath in the morning, check out at 9:00 AM, charge for amenities, footsteps in the hallway, poorly constructed room door, thin walls, etc., so I won't be returning again. The toilet is shared, but there is only one washlet. It's inconvenient to make. The sheets on the futon had been changed, but there was dirt on them so it was a little weird. And I think her husband is a good person, but he has a strong habit 😁

A very kind guesthouse. It's the last of a three-day holiday, and it's reasonably priced at 3,800 yen.The room is large, and the bath is small, but it's enough.
