Used by 3 generations for 2 nights and 3 days. The grandparents stayed in a bed (single bed was changed to a semi-double bed), and the parent and child stayed in a Japanese-style room. The old house has been beautifully renovated, and the dirt floor looks fresh. The Japanese-style room had a hallway and looked like Satsuki and Mei's house from Totoro next door.My main goal was to interact with cats, and I was quite satisfied with the friendly outdoor cats.Since there was no television, the children played with cats, goats, and birds, played with children's chess and puzzles kept indoors, read books in the library, played with cats outside, and so on. I think I was able to relax and spend a lot of time interacting with my grandparents. There was also insect repellent spray, so I didn't get bitten by mosquitoes as much as I expected. There was also air conditioning in each room. There were also dehumidifiers in the dirt floor and library. There was a space in the library where I could hide myself, so I was allowed to do my homework. Manga Space has Phoenix, and I read it for the first time in a while and realized the greatness of Osamu Tezuka. The owner family was very kind.Cooking utensils, seasonings, wraps, kitchen paper, etc. were all available, so there was no inconvenience.I was nervous about the tight curves on the mountain road, but once I got there it was a very comfortable place. It was great to wake up in the morning to the sound of warblers. It was singing all day and night. The library had a kids space (trampoline, slide, building blocks, drawing) and a wood stove.I would like to visit again in a different season. Until then, take care of your cats ❤︎

Thank you for taking care of my family of 7 for one night and two days. The owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming, along with a cat, a goat, and a chicken. The inn was surrounded by nature and the starry sky at night was spectacular. For dinner, we had a barbecue, which we could buy at a local butcher shop, and it was very delicious. You can feel free to use tableware and home appliances, so you can live without any inconvenience. We also had freshly laid eggs from the crow chickens, which we ate with fried eggs for breakfast. The children were very happy with the friendly cat.It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely like to stay again.thank you very much.

I stayed here with my family for one night on a warm February day.The cat is friendly and talks to me every time I go outside, so it's cute and soothing. The room was also very well maintained, with beautiful antique furniture and DIY touches. It was going to be cold at night, so I brought lots of warmers with me. If you are sensitive to cold, it is a good idea to bring warm goods.Sit on the kotatsu and rent a projector to watch YouTube on the big screen.I cooked sea bream sashimi and Awaji beef that I bought at a nearby supermarket in the kitchen, but I didn't feel any inconvenience. The sea bream from Awaji Island was firm and chewy and very delicious. There were cute plates and cutlery, and the coffee at the inn was fragrant and delicious. The next day, I went to the Otsuka Museum of Art.It took less than 40 minutes by car. There are many fun spots nearby on Awaji Island, so I would like to go there again. All of the old folk houses are so beautiful that I can't say enough good things about them, but since it's nearby, I would like to go there again.

I used it in mid-February with two friends and a total of 3 people.Although it looks like an old folk house, the interior is designed to give you a comfortable stay. The kitchen is also spacious, so you can cook in your own time. The outbuilding is now a library and co-working space. I think people who want to work can do so in a relaxed manner. There is a wood-burning stove in a nice small space. The owner's family is also wonderful and kind. The bathroom is far away and the heating is not sufficient, so it may feel a little cold in winter.I think it would be a good idea to rent it out with a few close friends.Overall, it was a nice accommodation where we could spend a comfortable time. I will use it again!

I stayed with a friend's family.I usually go to camp with my friends, but since it's the end of the year, I decided to change things up and stay in an old folk house. There was more than I expected, including pots, cooking utensils, and seasonings. It's an old private house, so the windows were installed and the building itself is obviously old, but it has been thoroughly cleaned and renovated into a nice space, so I was able to stay comfortably even at the end of the year without worrying about the cold. .As it is an old private house, we do not recommend it for those who are looking for the comfort of a beautiful inn (rather, it is an accommodation facility where you can rent a building and stay overnight and enjoy it yourself, so it is not recommended for those who are looking for the comfort of a beautiful inn. If you're looking for good service, you should stay there.Paripi is out of the question.)However, there was nothing in the area, so I was able to spend a very relaxing time with my family and friends. With a living room with a dirt floor, a stove and a kotatsu, old glass lattice fittings, and a large tatami hall, it's a very relaxing space, and as other people have said in their reviews, it truly was an ``ideal home.''The owner was very friendly and hospitable, and it was a great trip to end the year. The dirt floor is the best.Camping is the main activity in the summer, so I would like to visit again in the winter. thank you very much.*As it is located in the mountains and is an old private house with many gaps, it is natural for insects to be present outside of winter, as the owner has announced on his website. If you hate insects and avoid camping, this is definitely not suitable for you. I'm sure everyone else will have a good stay!

I stayed here with 5 friends! We enjoyed BBQ, bonfire, and smoking! It was great to be able to feel the extraordinary in a very quiet environment! Also, the atmosphere of the old Japanese-style inn is very nice and stylish.Just being there makes you feel happy! The weather was nice, so the stars looked very beautiful at night, and the hospitality of the two cute cats was very soothing ✨ It's a wonderful inn that you'll want to come back to again and again!
