I used it for the first time in a standard room!I was greeted from the moment I parked my car, and I was left with a good impression of all the employees' customer service from beginning to end. There is a drink bar and ice cream pinot near the front desk, which is nice (*´˘`*)♡At the time of reception, I was politely informed that the bath would be crowded at this time, so I was able to enjoy both the indoor bath and the open-air bath! Also, when I told the receptionist that I wanted to go out for drinks at night, they circled a map with nearby bars and restaurants, and they provided transportation to and from the restaurant, which was very helpful. (*_ _)mThe room was standard, but it was spacious and clean, and the amenities were perfect, so I was able to relax and relax!I was happy that there was a bath in the room! This time, we had breakfast included without dinner, but we were able to eat in a private room, and there was a lot of food, and the taste was so delicious that I wondered if I could finish it halfway. I was worried, but it was so delicious that I ended up eating it all⸜(*˙꒳˙*)⸝I talked with him about coming again, so I would like to use this place again!I was very grateful for everyone's kind and polite response!Thank you again!

It's a little far from the subway station, but there is a pick-up service with a self-pickup vehicle. It's very friendly. A family of 5 used it and we loved it. You can use the bath alone. I think it will remain as a good memory.

We have been to Japan many times. Every time we would try a new hot spring hotel. All the past experiences were super exceptional. So I was expecting the same for this one. However, I was disappointed. Half of the staff are very nice and attentive, but some are not very nice. Because of that, we didn’t feel welcomed at this hotel. Their private onsen is very attractive, but only 45 mins per session, if you go over even like a 15 seconds, they knock on door to remind you. It’s a bit rushy for people who would want go out during the day and get enough onsen time at night. Amenities are good. They provide transits within the area. Service is def a key factor. I would not recommend this one if you want fully traditional Japanese onsen experience.

I personally met a customer service staff who speaks English very well in Japan. The room is very big. It has a living room, master bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and indoor and outdoor hot springs. There is also Arima Old Street nearby where you can go shopping. It is recommended to stay here.
