The toilet in the room is too smelly. The walls are yellow because of urine splashes, but I haven't cleaned them.

I stayed with my family and friends.During the evening buffet, a cake was prepared as a surprise for me, and the service was wonderful and very nice♡There was a hot spring, and the lounge had plenty of drinks, so it was so fulfilling that I could have spent the whole day at the hotel! The room was very clean and the atmosphere was nice, so I'm glad I chose it!

I thought it was unusual that there were no tissues in the room. If you use it a lot, it might be better to prepare it yourself.Although it was a three-day weekend, I was the third group in line to get in 30 minutes before dinner opened. At the buffet, there were people cutting in and people rushing at us with trays in their hands, it was chaos lol.It will calm down after an hour.It seems like the tray doesn't come down when you're done eating, so it was a bit of a nuisance when it came to dessert.Overall I'm satisfied.

The morning and evening buffets were much more delicious than I expected. The sashimi of sea bream and tuna, as well as the smaller menu items that weren't the main dishes, were all delicious. The dumplings, noodle soups, mini burgers, etc. were all really delicious.I was in trouble because there was no money exchange machine at the coin laundry. If it is difficult to install, please post a notice such as that you can exchange money at 〇〇.It's nice that it's stylish, but the instructions are too difficult to understand. Especially in the hot spring area, it is so dark that it is difficult to see the directions, which can be difficult for elderly people. There was a sign in front of the elevator that said, ``You can also go down the stairs,'' but it's so wide that I don't know where the stairs are. I would appreciate it if you could write a little more directions.

I found this hotel at Welcome Baby when I was looking for Awaji Island just before a 3-day holiday.Since I was staying with a 0 year old and a 2 year old, I chose a Japanese style room.Body soap and diaper trash can→If you ask the front desk, they will lend it to you.Like other hotels, they don't say, "We have it in your room!" or "We'll give it to you when you check in!"; instead, if you request it, we'll give it to you if it's in stock. , I was wondering for a moment what a welcome baby was.As per the reviews, the futon had the number of sheets that I paid for. (There are enough sheets for the number of people)Unlike the photo on the reservation page, I couldn't see the ocean from the window, but rather the mountains and the parking lot where we parked, lol. On the reservation page, it was written that you couldn't see the sea, but please don't be fooled by the photos alone. The kids room was well stocked and my 2 year old really enjoyed it.The free lounge was very busy. The bath and the rest area next to it were wonderful! !The body soap and shampoo treatment were average... or rather, it was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was very good!I went early because you can eat from 7 o'clock, but within 30 minutes there was a line waiting to enter the breakfast room.I checked out around 10 o'clock when check-out was until 11 o'clock, but they deducted 400 points.
