The dog run was spacious and we had a great time with our two dogs!The sauna is a full-fledged barrel sauna, and the scenery is outstanding!It was a great summer vacation as I was able to play games and watch Netflix 🌻

I checked in at 3pm, but I was informed that the cleaning had not been completed at 6pm on the same day.When I said I was scheduled to arrive at 7pm, I was told that the cleaning staff was on their way and I would have to wait while they cleaned.It was strange at that point, but when we arrived, no one was there, and when we entered the room, it was in a dirty state as the previous person had used it.Five cleaning staff arrived late.Student? Young men in plain clothes.I was told it would be an hour away, so I headed out again.It finished after 8pm.When the cleaning staff returned home, they noticed that the trash cans had not been tidied up and were littered with trash.I tried calling but couldn't get through, and after calling many times, I finally got a call back.When I told them about the trash, they walked away and told me to change it myself.The lamp on the terrace wasn't charging either, and the lamp didn't work and it remained dark.The room was also not ventilated and smelled bad.The floor is also full of hair.No matter how much I apologize, I don't feel like I can get my money back.I have stayed in many villas, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me.It was very unpleasant.I will never go there again.

The location, view, and facilities were great. I enjoyed my stay so much that I felt like one night wasn't enough time.One opinion I have is that I would like a blind wall between the neighbor's house and the back house on the sauna side.How to check in, I did not receive an email.Could you please check in a little earlier?There were many things.However, I would definitely like to use it again.

I received an email confirming that my reservation was completed, but I did not receive any emails with instructions such as how to enter the house.I didn't know how to get into the house, so I called the phone number listed on the internet, but I couldn't get through and had to wait for over 30 minutes.The clock is way offThere are a lot of pillbugs in the house, and there's dog food on the floor.Wi-Fi password is not written anywhereCheck out is at 10am, but the cleaning staff is waiting for you about 10 minutes before.Sauna temperature does not rise above 80 degreesNot enough ice in the cold bathThere are only things that can be improved, so I look forward to the future.

It's so bad that I don't even want to give it 1 star.・Meals are not prepared for reservations that include rice.・I rushed to the supermarket without knowing anything about this.・When I opened the provided futon, it was all wet and the wet part smelled so bad that I couldn't use it.・Even though I stayed for two consecutive nights, they never brought me a futon.・When communicating over the phone, the person only says that they don't know or that they will check, and does not call back.・In the end, the customer got angry and told us that we were a commissioned customer, and he hung up on us unilaterally.・I forgot my cell phone at that place, so I had to call again, but the GPS said it was in Shishi no Mori, but I was told that it wasn't a phone call, so I had to give up.We will never stay again and this was the first time in our lives that we were treated so badly. I stayed here last month with my dogs. It was very good! The room is clean and the facilities are stylish. The dog run was also spacious and had beautiful grass. The ocean view is also great. The road ahead is empty and only cars pass. The whole house was rented, and the building next door/back was a private villa or something, so there was probably no one there that day, so I was able to spend my time without worrying about my surroundings. It is also possible for the dogs to sleep together, so the dogs can spend the night in peace. I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and photo spots, and it was a truly wonderful trip. It was also nice that you could pay in advance and check-in and check out without face-to-face contact, and that you would be notified by email in advance of precautions and how to use the facilities. It was especially delicious to have a meal while watching the dogs run around happily outside. I would definitely like to use it again.Finally, points that would be nice to have and would be nice to have improved.① Did the previous guest drop it at the dog park? There was some meat on the floor and the dog almost accidentally put it in its mouth, so I would like to ask the users to be careful or to be careful when cleaning. I was happy that there were a lot of portions)・Ice machine・Drum-type washing machine (dryer was broken, but useful for long-term stays)・Amenity is a bit disappointing・Shampoo conditioner is too ordinary (I probably wouldn't have noticed it if it wasn't advertised)The garden was quite spacious and even large dogs seemed to be having fun running around.Since the check-in was unattended, there was a lack of explanations and there was no place to ask questions, so I was worried as I'm a worrier.How many times have I called the contact information from Ikkyu.com support? . I was looking for a resort close to Osaka where my dog could stay, and to be honest, I was hooked on Don Pisha.My dog, Kana, is a girl, but she's a large Akita dog, so there aren't many places where she can stay, but here we had a large garden and she was running around with excitement.The facility was new, so it was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Best of all, it's a place where you can feel at home and feel at home!I enjoyed the barrel sauna as well as the self-rolling and cold bath for about 5 hours in total. There's plenty of ice too! It's all set up.I had breakfast on the sundeck looking at the ocean in a very elegant mood.All of the equipment is of good quality, so I don't have much to say about it, but if I may ask, it would be① Good if you have a fan after the sauna② I want to eat toast, so it would be nice to have a small toaster oven.③ I have a Nespresso coffee maker, and I think it's probably compatible with latte (with a milk tank), but there's no mention of it in the manual, so I tried it, but the cleaning light came on and I couldn't use it.I know it's a trivial issue, but I'd appreciate it if you could help me out.This time I stayed for one night, but next time I would like to stay for several nights.
