Hotel Albireo

I visited Kinosaki Onsen while sightseeing by train and bus. It looked a little outdated from the outside and I thought it would be okay, but it was a facility that I would like to use again! !First of all, the food was very delicious.I had a French dinner, and although it was French, it was very easy to eat, with ingredients and seasonings that suited the Japanese palate, such as radish soup, sea bream pie (spring roll skin?), and homemade basil penne. I was interested to know that there was such a French dish✨For breakfast, there were 3 types of crispy croissants, pain au chocolat, apple bread, etc., salad with lots of vegetables, ham, sausage, etc., and I was full! Refills of cafe au lait were also free.I felt happy as I was eating a meal that was full of flavor, not only because of the seasoning, but also because of the home-made vegetables and sauces. The inside of the restaurant was a relaxing space with a view of the outside, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.Another good thing was astronomical observation.I was able to see it through a telescope for the first time,Most of all, I learned a lot from listening to the museum director talk about celestial bodies and his various experiences.The director, my husband, and I spent an hour and a half talking about the origin of the facility's name, Albireo, stories about the night story of the Galaxy Express, and the fact that he was always available to answer any questions we had.😄There were insects in the room, so I thought it would be difficult to come in the summer, but it was a hotel that I would want to come back to again.Thank you very much 😊
