The building of the Toyooka Branch of Hyogo Agricultural and Industrial Bank, built in 1934, is now used as a hotel, event hall, and wedding hall.The name 1925 comes from 1925, the year in which the Great Hokutan Earthquake occurred, which caused devastating damage to Toyooka.The hotel is a renovated old building with a great atmosphere.I also appreciated the free drinks in the lounge. There was a wide variety of drinks, including alcohol.However, I was concerned that the voices talking in the lounge were coming into the guest room.Due to the structure of the building and the fact that we are doing business in a way that preserves the appearance and atmosphere of the time, soundproofing measures are limited, so we are trying to find some way to warn people, ``Please be careful because voices and sounds will echo through the building.'' I think the only thing I can do is tell you. In fact, the lounge is closed between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM the next day, so this is probably a strong measure against noise.

You can stay in a large room in a famous building built nearly 100 years ago at the price of a business hotel. There are delicious izakaya and restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy the cityscape of Toyooka while having dinner during your stay.

The former bank site is well utilized and has a great atmosphere. It seems to be functioning as one of the spots at the Toyooka Theater Festival, and I think it is contributing to the local area as well. Another good point is that there are plenty of free drinks.
