There are no benefits other than being close to the sea. It seems that the oldness makes it unique, but the food is not luxurious considering the price. They put a little side dish on a plate, put it on something, and explain, ``This is wakame from Ieshima,'' ``This is horse mackerel from Ieshima,'' but nothing special. It's time to save water for the bath, so you'll be soaking in other customers' soup stock. The water was cloudy. Moreover, bathing in the morning is prohibited.

I had high expectations and was disappointed in both the food (breakfast and dinner) and the price. The migratory crab that I received was a huge one kilogram and I was impressed by its appearance, but when I cut it up, there was no meat in it at all😂 19,000 yen for a single item is terrible. The famous conger eel is so fishy that you'll almost hate conger eel, and it's definitely better eaten in Awaji or Akashi.I don't mind if it's expensive as long as it's delicious, but overall I was disappointed😰I heard that you changed after your husband passed away, so I wonder if things will get better from now on. I think so😔It's quite difficult to find a Japanese-style inn that serves delicious food💨

After all, my favorite memory is dinner. I had the most delicious stew I've ever had in my life. I was impressed to say the least...! After the meal, I was able to spend a quiet time just watching the sun set, and I was able to enjoy the happiest time. Everyone at the inn was kind and considerate. I am very grateful to you for accommodating my sudden requests for meals and rooms. At night, we could lie on the beach in front of us and watch the stars. I am very grateful and grateful that a wonderful inn like Shimizu-san is running on such a small island, and it is a wonderful inn that I want to support from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the time that filled my heart 🤲

We were the only guests in the ryokan staying overnight so it was pretty fun! Was expecting to see fireflies as the ryokan was near the “hotaru road”. …

It's delicious, the owner has thought of many different ways to cook it, and even the same fish can be so delicious! I was surprised.

I don't understand the 5 star rating.I went to Ieshima for a long holiday, and when I finally got there on foot, they happily accepted me even though I didn't have a reservation. However, when I asked for the cheapest set meal, I was given only side dishes with no side dishes, and even boiled fish. It was small, and the taste and quantity were not satisfactory for the price.I had high expectations because the tatami room on the first floor was decorated with photos of me with many famous people, but I felt like I had been bitten by a fox. It's a mystery why this place is so popular. I will never go there again!
