The rooms were spacious and the WiFi speed was fast and comfortable. The large public bath had normal facilities without anything special to say, but there were no bath towels or cotton swabs. Please note that you will need to take your own bath towels from your room and cotton swabs from the entrance. The problem is food. Especially for dinner, the seafood and sashimi platter was the worst.Maybe pickled? The red meat of the tuna was so dark that you might have mistaken it for eating it, and the shrimp was not only dark but also covered in black spots, so much so that you hesitated to eat it.In both cases, this phenomenon occurs when the food oxidizes and loses its freshness, and I never thought that a three-star hotel would serve food that would be safe to eat. Why is there a fishing port right in front of me?There was also a service that offered free dandan noodles as a late-night snack, but to be honest, the quality was not worth eating.Furthermore, for some reason, the female staff member at the restaurant treated the customer in an unsatisfactory manner, and even though she was waiting at a table right next to the customer, she deliberately placed the food on the table in front of her and asked her to come pick it up.It might be fine for a bar, but I felt that the customer service was too sloppy for a three-star hotel staff. And although breakfast has a variety of items, almost all of the dishes are not kept warm, so you end up eating a cold meal.Only sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs are hot. What's so sad about having to stay in a hotel and eat cold food?Dinner and breakfast are at this level, so it seems that they are not putting much effort into their meals. The room is comfortable, so it is recommended for overnight stays.

This hotel is located on a hill.It was great to see the sunset.Although the hotel is quite old, it has been renovated inside and the rooms and toilets were clean.Comes with TOTO washlet. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The food seems to be ranked. . .

I'm staying in the latter half of August and have reviewed it on a certain travel site.As briefly as possible...The building, interior, and rooms feel old. That doesn't mean it's old-fashioned.Dinner was a Kaiseki meal.More than enough in terms of quantity, but in terms of tasteI don't have anything to say about it, butThat's enough. The view from the room is said to be from the top floor. You can see the port and the Seto Inland Sea, and watch ferries and fishing boats sailing. It was great to be able to see it.The staff's response is also good.Everyone at the front desk and restaurantWe were always greeted with a smile.Foreigners undergoing training also work hardWe received an explanation.Kamenoi Hotel's specialty, Yonari Dandanmen, is also available. It was delicious with just the right amount and just the right amount of spiciness.Facilities within the facility include a small shop, karaoke, and a game corner. There are plenty of them, but we only used the shop.I think it's a nice hotel overall. Not affiliated with the hotel, but to the nearest convenience store10 minutes by car.I wish there was a store a little closer...

The room, bath, and food are both average and average.Inconvenient if you don't have a car due to locationThere is a free shuttle service to Maikohama Station, and you can use it without a car, but a car is essential for sightseeing on Awaji Island. The shuttle car wasn't cold at all and I was picked up.I was sweating in the sauna, hot air coming out of the vents.I called out to the driver, but he didn't respond, probably because he was hard of hearing. It was hell because I couldn't even open the windows.I pointed this out when I got off the train, but huh? Was it not working? I had a vague reaction and felt sick for half a day.It was so bad that I emailed the hotel but got no reply.

My husband and I stayed here!It was reasonably priced, the food was delicious, and the bath was comfortable, so I was very satisfied.Regarding the restaurant staff mentioned below, it is true that the lady's staff's customer service is frank, so I felt that some people might not be good at it, but she didn't seem particularly rude, but was attentive. They did a great job, so we thought, ``What a fun staff member.'' 🙆‍♀️Maybe it's because we're used to this kind of customer service even in restaurants in Kansai! The foreign staff did their best to serve customers in Japanese with a smile, which made me smile ☺️Good points・Reception staff are courteous. They responded with a smile◎・Even the beer glass for dinner was freezing cold🍻・The ``Tai no Tororo'' on the breakfast buffet was delicious🧡 I was also happy to have ``Cod roe''! Porridge too!・The sunset and horizon line that I could see from my room were beautiful.I sat on a chair and enjoyed the scenery slowly🌅・Yonaki soba free service is the best🙌 (Tandan noodles)If I were to highlight something that caught my attention,・The toilet paper is hard, so be careful if you have sensitive hips!・There are no towels in the public bath! I had to take it from my room ← I thought it was in the bathroom too, but a woman was in trouble because she was naked after taking a bath.・The prizes at the game center weren't good enough, so I ended up just looking at them!・The balcony floor didn't seem to have been cleaned much🕷️・I haven't confirmed this myself, but there is no shower in the Japanese-style room, only a toilet! We used the large public bath so there was no problem.

Used for relaxing with a partner. The equipment is old, but well maintained.Cleaning is also no problem. The front staff is also courteous. The problem is the restaurant staff. The food was delicious,You can enjoy fresh seafoodThe customer service of the lady wearing glassesEverything was ruined because of the foreign staff who asked unnecessary questions. It was disgusting, soI'll refrain from writing too much, butRegarding this restaurantIt's best not to expect anything other than taste.
