We stayed here on a family trip, and the kids were very happy. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and good. However, the price is too high.I was surprised that I couldn't eat 2,500 yen in the morning and it was more expensive than dinner at a normal restaurant.Because of the location of Harborland, I think the prices are high for tourists, so it's an understandable price for wealthy foreign tourists, but there is a separate price for tourists living in Japan. , I thought it would be a good idea to make it a little cheaper. The price was unreasonably high, especially for a family with children.Even if I wanted to buy it again, the price would be extremely high.*I would like to recommend it, but the hotel as a whole does not feel like it is a good value or convincing.*It is difficult to recommend it to others because it is expensive.*Although the price is expensive, I feel that the service has not kept up with the price compared to other nearby luxury hotels, and I feel that the price is high and the service is half-hearted.The south side of the room seems to have a spectacular view of Harborland and the ocean, but the north side can only see Mt. Rokko, people and trains inside Kobe Station.By the way, my family stayed on the north side.It just so happened that my child liked trains, so the fact that he was happy with it was a relief.I wrote something harsh, but this is how I felt.Well, to put it simply, I think the price is too high for the overall service. My impression is that it could be made a little cheaper in terms of rank. Therefore, the rating will be 3 stars.

The location is good.It is directly connected to the station via an underground passage. There is a convenience store and Komeda Coffee on the hotel grounds, but there aren't many restaurants, so it's better to look around the station.I had a meeting, so I had a light meal and a drink in the lounge on the top floor of the hotel, but it turned out to be quite expensive. The hotel itself is fine, butThe room has a very old feel and the equipment is old.The air conditioning control panel is near the bedside clock, but I mistakenly thought it was the radio control panel. There are also few electrical outlets. The bathroom was particularly old and there was black mold and red mold growing in the corners of the bathroom. The cleaning environment may not be sufficient. Also, the toilet paper is located at the back on the right side, so I had to turn around to use it, but it was very difficult to use.All the people at the hotel front desk provided good service. There is a fee to use the public bath, but it costs 800 yen including tax, and since I received a discount coupon, I was able to use it for 500 yen.The public bath has a Jacuzzi, a sauna with a TV, and a cold bath, making it spacious and relaxing. The breakfast venue is the lounge on the 17th floor and has a great view. The food menu included local Hyogo cuisine, which I enjoyed, but it was average.I think it's convenient because you can walk to nearby tourist attractions such as Port Tower.

I tried to stay at a hotel in Sannomiya for work, but for some reason it was too expensive, so I stayed here two stations away. The breakfast was delicious, and although the facilities are a bit old, it is a fine hotel. I will use it again next time if I have a chance.
