Cheap, clean, free breakfast. It was convenient and close to the station and Himeji Castle. There is a laundry room, making it ideal for long-term trips.

When I was looking for a hotel where I could do a workday, I read other people's reviews that the Wi-Fi was fast, so I stayed here.I teleworked for just one day, but I was able to work comfortably. You can make cashless payments by installing the AQUA app on the coin laundry's washing machines. There are no lotions or lotions included in the amenities, so you will need to bring your own.

When I entered the room, there were new slippers for two people, but I didn't know why. There is a pair of used slippers for one person (perhaps they forgot to put them away after cleaning?).I don't think it was because of that, but the smell in the room was quite annoying, and when I entered, it smelled like foot odor, which was a shame. Also, it's a small detail, but the hot water in the washlet in the toilet is quite hot. I know it will be a lot of work, but I'm writing this with hope that I can change it to something that allows me to check the temperature. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all very refreshing and pleasant.Although there are no photos, the breakfast menu had a wide variety and everything was delicious, and I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.

This is my first stay🏨It's not a bad location as it's close to a convenience store.I only had breakfast on the first day, but it was good and had a lot of variety. From the second day onwards, there was a long line and I gave up eating there. I wonder if the queues could be improved a little if we reconsidered the location of serving food. I appreciate the free breakfast, but since I like to start early, I'm disappointed that I couldn't eat it.I think it will be distributed if we make it a time reservation system. The room was nice and spacious, but when I opened the curtains, there was a hole in the lace curtains😱It was my first time staying at a hotel like this. It's not an issue of sufficient amenities, but I will no longer be able to stay at a hotel where the rooms are not maintained. Comfort hotels all over the country are also suspicious. This is proof that only the cleaning staff checked the rooms, and the employees did not.It was a sign of a low quality hotel.

The temperature adjustment of the air conditioner was a little tricky, so it was too hot at 28 degrees Celsius and too cold to sleep at 27.5 degrees Celsius. Also, it might just be in this room, but the TV layout is weird and it's by the pillow of the bed, so it's very hard to watch.Breakfast was ok.

We recommend registering as a member (free) and making reservations from the official website. If you book from Rakuten Travel, you can earn points and have campaigns, and if you book from Booking.com or Expedia, it can be as cheap as the official website. But from what I've heard, the key difference is "cancellation." In Japan, there are natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes, and there are times when transportation stops working and you have no choice but to change your plans. In such cases, changes or cancellations must be made on each site. If this happens the day before, you will not be able to cancel, and if you pay by card or electronically, you may not be refunded. Even if you call the hotel directly, the hotel cannot cancel the reservation. If this is from the official website, it seems that if it is unavoidable, they may flexibly cancel on the same day. You can cancel by calling the hotel directly, and even if you paid by card or electronically, you can receive a refund. This is safe.Room rates use dynamic pricing, and can fluctuate dramatically depending on the site and day, but the cheapest price is from the official site, and it's not much different from hotels in the area. Some people make reservations on various sites and cancel them at the last minute except for the cheapest one, but now that all hotels have stricter cancellation fees, this method actually reduces the total cost. becomes expensive.Although the building is undeniably old, it is a comfortable hotel for those who are not looking for that. The bed is semi-double and spacious, and the desk is also spacious, making it easy to work. The rooms are also very spacious compared to a typical business hotel. It's true that it's easy to hear noise, but since it faces the national highway, a certain amount of noise can't be helped. There is a convenience store right next door, so you won't have to worry about shopping or having dinner just a short walk away. It's about a 10 minute walk to Himeji Station. The staff's response is kind, polite, cheerful, and wonderful. And there are many variations of breakfast even though it is free. It's a huge difference compared to a typical business hotel breakfast, which is just bread and rice balls. A bright cafe-style setting with two types of smoothies. If you stay overnight, you can use it for things other than breakfast, so you can read books or work from home. The tables are conveniently equipped with electrical outlets and USB ports. Best of all, coffee and tea are provided free of charge, so if you check in early, you can relax. There's no need to go to a cafe. Wi-Fi is also fast. Also, if you join the membership system here and make a reservation from the site, you can check in an hour early and check out an hour late. There seem to be a lot of other perks as well. The fact that there were many solo female guests is also a sign of trust. The rooms and beds are spacious, which may seem expensive in some cases, so two adults can stay there by paying an additional 2,000 yen. In that case, it's definitely cheaper than a bad twin. Also, breakfast is free for small children who sleep with them, which is very nice for families with children, and it doesn't feel too cramped. I think it's a very convenient hotel. The prices are controlled by each hotel, so there isn't much of a difference, but I think it's better than other hotels in terms of spacious beds and a good breakfast.

It was a trip with my family during summer vacation. I arrived and checked in after 9pm. It was small compared to other comfort hotels. I wonder if the rent is high because it's Himeji? But I couldn't see Himeji Castle. The next day's free breakfast was very crowded. I also needed a numbered ticket. The restaurant is located behind the library on the first floor, so it was also small.

The service was polite and the room was clean, but I was disappointed in the soundproofing as I could hear people talking in the hallway.
