Accommodation for a family of 3 women. The customer service, rooms, hot springs, food, everything is wonderful. Since we are petite, they provided us with a large and small yukata for the room, and the room was a simple 13 tatami mat, spacious and very clean as you could tell that every corner had been cleaned. The food was kaiseki, and although it would never be possible to make it at home, it was gentle, easy to eat, and beautiful in a way that made you feel familiar.It's hard to find this quality at this price, so it was an inn that I would definitely come back to again!

We stayed as a family of 4 with children aged 0 years, 10 months and 2 years. Before making the reservation, I was only aware that the "Welcome Baby" facility advertised on the official website was equipped with basic facilities, but I was deeply impressed during my actual stay.In particular, I felt that "Welcome Baby" was not just a facility response, but was deeply rooted in the "spirit of hospitality" shared by all employees. All of the staff members were attentive and treated the children in a calm and warm manner.The food was of high quality and sophisticated, and I was impressed by the careful seasoning, even down to the soup stock for the children. The hot springs are open 24 hours a day, and towels are always available in the changing rooms, so you can easily drop by without bringing anything. It was also very convenient to be able to enjoy hot springs even for a short time during free time.We can confidently recommend this inn to those who are worried about traveling with small children.

The scale of the inn is neither large nor small.The inn's space design takes the landscape into consideration.The breakfast and dinner dishes are also Japanese and I think they are very carefully prepared.The Nakai's behavior is natural, without interference.It was nice that it didn't feel like an office job.The room was also cleaned, and although the equipment was a bit old and dilapidated, there was no problem with usability.The temperature of the natural hot spring in the bath is 30 degrees.It will boil.There are many types of face wash and shampoo.Unfortunately, you can't see outside from your room.I think it can't be helped due to the location of the building.This inn is a quiet and relaxing accommodation facility.I thought it would be best for guests to stay in small groups of people above a certain level, high school age or older, or as a family of adults.It's a little expensive thoughThis is a ryokan that I would definitely like to use again.

It's a long time ago, but thank you for your help. It's located outside of town, right next to a river, and you can enjoy a nice view while walking around the inn.Rather than using it as a base to play around in Nasu, it may be suitable for people who want to enjoy the food and environment at a leisurely pace.

I made a reservation just because it was relatively close to the station, and it was very good! ! All the staff greeted us with smiles, the food was delicious, and the hot springs were very nice.When I made the reservation, I told them that I had a food allergy, but they didn't know about it (I was asked at check-in, so it didn't affect me), but I was wondering if it was okay. I was worried for a moment, but since he apologized firmly, I felt at ease. I will definitely visit again!

A relaxing innThere was a lot of thoughtfulness in hospitality.First, we calmed down with some matcha tea and sweets, and during that time our luggage was carried to our room.He also told me that the bath would be available now, and I took my time soaking in the hot water.There are toys in the bath for small children, and ice cream is served after taking a bath.The open-air bath was also nice.The alcohol service before going to bed in the lobby was also nice.You can have breakfast in your room so it wasn't hectic.The freshly brewed coffee was also delicious (I love that it comes with chocolate!)I felt more relaxed in the lobby than in my room.Karaoke sounds are leaking out.That's charmI applaud the high quality of the staff's hospitality.This is an inn that I would like to visit again.

This time, I used it on a family trip. It was the best hospitality. Quiet and courteous customer service. Nothing to say. I would like to use it again. My family also said it was really good.If I had one complaint, it was a bit disappointing that the lounge at night was in an atrium and you could hear loud voices.But I can't help it, this is all.

It takes about 10 minutes to be picked up by car from Kuroiso Station.An inn next to Nakagawa Riverside ParkWelcome drink is matcha and sweetsAt night, as a nightcap, coffee shochu, cacao shochu, rum, and whiskey🥃Coffee ☕ was provided in the morning.All the food is delicious, and the ordering service for drinks is streamlined using 2D codes, so you can eat at your own pace without having to worry about anything.If you order a tasting of local sake, you will receive a Mashiko-yaki choko as a souvenir.The service exceeded my expectations.It seems like a friendly inn for families with children.I wanted to ask you again.

I have used it before and will visit again. It's been a while since I last visited, but the inside of the building was more complete than before. I had a child with me, so I was able to read comic books at the library and keep quiet, which was helpful.There is also a koto performance, so you can relax in the lounge.The food was delicious and the children's lunch was plentiful. The price is also reasonable.The next day, we played at Nasu Kogen and returned home.

This is a place I would bring my mother to.The lady boss’s aesthetics comes through in the well curated garden, the furniture with class, extremely lovely selection of fresh flower arrangements at every turn, and very cute clover-heart tea cups. I think my mother would very much appreciate it, plus the knee-friendly lift and actual chairs in the tatami room instead of the usual floor chairs.Food is as expected, the stewed pork belly block is great, otherwise no surprises nor misses.Coffee and tea are above average for Japanese establishments.There is an English-speaking staff who is very fluent so no worries for overseas travellers.Pillow is a bit too flat for me but they have extra in the cabinet.Bath is very clean and has good amenities.
