I was suddenly looking for a hotel to go to Kobe next week, and this hotel still had rooms available and was cheap, so I decided to make a reservation. But before that, I looked at the reviews and found that it was a really dirty hotel!I stopped booking this hotel right away!Google is the answer!Thank you to everyone who posted reviews and photos! !Don't the hotels look at the photos of everyone who reviews and make improvements?Even if it's this dirty, it doesn't matter because we're getting inbound customers now, right?

It was my first time staying here, and the room light didn't come on, and one of the bedside lights was out. The building looks old and I will never stay there again.

Stayed here when using World Memorial Hall. The hotel itself is old, but it was close to the station and very convenient.

Cleaning is not done properly at all. As you can see in the photo, there is too much dirt, dust, and mold. Do you reuse slippers? When I turned it over, it was completely black. On the table next to the bed, someone's contacts were left dry. It's really disgusting. There were no towels provided, so I asked them to deliver them to my room. Worst in every way. I don't want to stay there again.

I used this hotel on a summer trip, and it was the most disappointing hotel I've ever had.The food at the buffet didn't meet my expectations, but most of all, the bed was horrible.I was having a hard time sleeping, so when I removed the futon, I was quite disappointed to find that I couldn't believe my eyes.
