Used when staying with friends in Atami■Good points- Spacious (living/dining room, Japanese-style room, Western-style room x 2)・Each room is about 6 to 8 tatami mats and has a bed and futon for 2 people.・It's a little old but very beautiful・We have enough furniture and home appliances for daily life.・Cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, and seasonings are provided.・There is a BBQ set and sofa set on the spacious balcony.・There is a bath large enough for 4 people and a hot spring.・You can go directly from the bath to the private balcony and enjoy the outside air (2 private sofas)・Beautiful scenery and very quiet surroundings・Private parking lot available (1 car)・Check-in is possible at any time■Bad points・You need to climb a narrow mountain road with sharp curves for about 20 minutes from Atami Station.・There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby (you can find them if you go down the mountain road for about 15 minutes, but it's quite difficult)・When you have a BBQ at night, there are a lot of insects (especially stink bugs...)・The light in the BBQ area on the balcony was broken and it was dark.・BBQ is available until 9:00 pm (to reduce noise to the surrounding area)・The procedure to open the key box for check-in is cumbersome (authentication required for everyone staying overnight)Overall, I was very satisfied with the journey to get there, except for the insects!The room is spacious and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is beautiful.And it was great to be able to soak in the hot springs in the big bath and then take a bath in the outside air!The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but on the other hand, it has a nostalgic feel, like coming to a relative's house.Next time, I'd like to buy a lot of food and drinks and stay there for about a week.

This is a rental vacation home with a spectacular view from the balcony.The bath is a hot spring, and the overall feeling is clean, making it very comfortable to spend time in.To be honest, I would have been happy if there were more cooking utensils, etc., but the scenery is really nice, so I recommend going there to relax.

Breathtaking ocean view.
Full equipped kitchen tools for family stay.
The owner is very thoughtful to turn on the heat before our arriving.
Semi-open hot Spring SPA is also excellent choice with bay view.

This is a clean inn with a spectacular view.Anyway, the view on a sunny morning is spectacular!It was a perfect morning as the air was clean.The interior and each room are clean and comfortable, allowing you to spend a relaxing holiday.Thank you so much.I would definitely like to use it again!

It was great to be able to relax with 8 people. I think the building is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. When we arrived there was a magic staircase...it was really tough (lol)

The scenery is amazing. It's not suitable for Atami, so I don't know if you can watch the fireworks display.The hot spring water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold, probably due to a problem with the water heater, and I was disappointed that I couldn't get enough water.The room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. However, since it was a warm season, I encountered some insects...
