Rooms were great, very close to Kobe-sannomiya station and a Lawson's.. ¥1650 for a very light breakfast, too expensive.

Because I booked early, I was able to stay at a beautiful hotel near the station at a reasonable price and was satisfied. I just want to know how to turn off the light next to the bed.It's along the main road, so you can hear a lot of motorcycle noise, so be sure to check that out.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is a great location, very close to the main railway lines to go around Kobe and the region. Also just 2 minutes walk from the bus station that can go to many places such as USJ and Kobe-Sanda Premium outlet which takes about 40 minutes each.The room is fantastic, very spacious for Japanese standard, comes with an office table which can double up as a vanity table. TV has Netflix installed so you can watch when you're in the room.The amenities provided (2F) is sufficient, especially the bath salt and drip coffee (recently added). There are 4 coin-operated laundry machine, together with the ice maker, microwave and vending machine at 5F.It is walkable to the Sannomiya area, which has a lot of great local food and bars. Also close to the Kobe Sannomiya Center Gai shopping street with a lot of great shops.The staff are very friendly, willing to help. Additional stuff that we requested are extra pillows and blanket, ironing board with iron and even helping to call a restaurant for reservation.Overall, one of the best stays for affordable price.

There was a counter between the bed and the desk, so I felt the flow of traffic was difficult.Also, it's dark anyway. There were no ceiling lights other than a spotlight that illuminated the foot of the bed and a light in the entryway, and I turned up the desk light and indirect lighting to the maximum, but it was too dark.Although they probably want to create a nice atmosphere, it is not suitable for business use such as reading materials or working.Also, the floor from the bathroom to the bed was raised one step, so I couldn't fully open my suitcase, and the steps went up right after entering the entrance, so I couldn't put my shoes on, and the door was hard to open. The poor handling was also noticeable. I thought I was going to trip and fall.There were some dangerous places, such as the refrigerator that was under the counter not being able to exhaust heat and was on the verge of overheating (to avoid this, if you left the counter door open, you couldn't use your desk).I could only find a good place close to the station and cheap.I don't think I'll repeat it.

There were plenty of amenities such as two types of bath salts and drip coffee (at the front desk). In addition to a power supply, the room had a USB jack on the desk, and there was also a USB jack next to the bed, which was convenient. It is recommended to use the ventilation fan in the bathroom 24 hours a day, but if you turn it on, it will make a heavy bass sound in the room, so if you don't like it, we recommend turning it off. For breakfast, if you asked at the front desk, a set plate would be served to you, and you would have to take your own rice balls and bread. There was a wide variety of drinks.
