Being lied to was the worst...Honestly, I don't want to give even one star. *Additional notes includedIt is often mistaken for JCB, so I called ahead to confirm whether I could use JTB travel tickets, and the male staff member said yes, so I decided to stay at this hotel. However, when I stayed there and checked out, I was told that I could not use it.If I couldn't use it, I wouldn't have stayed here. The check-out staff was a woman, but she said, ``JCB could be used.''That's why I had checked over the phone, so I was shocked, wondering if the hostel would say that.I was planning to create family memories with my elderly mother and son, but I felt horrible.Because the check-out didn't go smoothly, my mother caused me a lot of trouble and worry, asking things like, ``Is there some kind of problem?'' ``Are you okay with living expenses?'' ``I'll pay half of the bill.'' I felt embarrassed. It's really really the worst. They said, ``I can't find the person who responded, so I'll call you later.'' But even if they do find someone, how will they take responsibility?I'll add more as soon as I know more.*I received a call. When I called back, I was told, "Maybe someone from the reservations department called? The reservations department isn't working yet." I couldn't get through to the person who called. Not all information was shared.Or are you really making a fool of yourself?``I see. That won't cause any trouble like this this time.'' I agreed. This place should never be used as an inn for entertaining special guests. It seems you had a frustrating experience with a hotel booking due to misinformation about using JTB travel vouchers. You were told by a male staff member over the phone that you could use the vouchers, but at checkout, you were informed that only JCB gift vouchers were accepted. This situation caused unnecessary stress and financial strain, especially since you planned this trip to create good memories with your mother and son. The hotel promised to investigate and contact you later, but the incident left you feeling deeply upset and unable to forgive the mistake.

When I first stayed there about 8 years ago, the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent, so I was really looking forward to staying here for the first time in a while. However, unlike before, the quality of dinner has changed, and the customer service has also changed considerably. The staff in charge of the meal were very friendly, but their casual customer service was not appropriate for the occasion, and I didn't feel very welcomed. Although he was wearing a mask, I was worried because he was sniffling all the time, and was sneezing and coughing, which is something I was worried about in this day and age. I couldn't eat in peace because my mask was taken off several times and my nose was bitten. It may have been an allergy or something, but I contracted the coronavirus a few days after staying there, and I couldn't help but think that maybe that was the case, and I felt indescribable. The front desk staff and the staff didn't have bad customer service, but it seemed like it was a bit of a hassle, and I kept thinking apologetically, wondering if I was being too unreasonable. (I only asked for an extra futon for a fee and asked if I could borrow the yukata from the front desk.) I also received a call from an extension saying, ``We apologize for the inconvenience and trouble for bringing it for you.'' I told him about this several times, but he either didn't respond or smiled bitterly, which made me feel even more sorry.I was a little relieved when there was one person at the restaurant who served me politely and greeted me with a smile. Many of the guests around us were elderly, and I thought that it might not be suitable for families like us who didn't include elderly people, and I wondered if the hotel was designed for elderly people. It's gone. The hot springs were nice, but the price was too high, so overall it was a disappointing stay. This is an important inn that I have fond memories of, so I hope that the hospitality and taste of those days will return.

I visited with a plan to stay without meals! The room is cheap so it can't be helped, but just being able to take a bath is worth it 😊The bathroom is so beautiful and stylish! There is also an open-air bath, so you can relax at night or in the morning.Perhaps because it was a weekday, we had exclusive access both times, which was great!Although you can't use as many towels as you want, I'm very grateful that you don't have one per person 🙌They were piled up in the changing room like at a golf course! The customer service was also very good, so I highly recommend it!

At the end of the summer vacation, we used the small banquet hall for a one-day lunch (with hot springs) for a hobby group event. We also rented a guest room as a waiting room. The room was spacious and bright with a view of the Mukogawa River, and the washroom and restroom were easy to use.The food served in the small banquet hall is seasonal, and the food is arranged in a kitchen. It's close to the restaurant, so even if the waitstaff isn't in the room, it's convenient if you want to ask for more glasses or something. The waitstaff are also courteous.I missed taking a picture of one dish.I haven't been to the hot springs so I can't comment. From this point on, I'm not limited to this hotel, but I've read reviews and other things, but recently, many of the young staff are not used to it, and I can't expect them to be as attentive as they used to be. I often think it's a shame...I think it's important for the customers not to have too high expectations because I think it's the times.

The service was very good and the room was upgraded, which was great, but the food was geared towards the elderly and I wish they would have added a little more meat.It was very good.

It was my first time to go to Takarazuka Onsen. From the time I checked in, the staff were very polite and I had a very fulfilling day.The room I reserved was a Japanese-style room with twin beds, and it seemed like it had been recently renovated. The interior was very clean and the view overlooking Takarazuka Theater was also very nice✨The bathhouse is also very spacious and clean, and there is also free black bean tea provided at the rest area.Breakfast was also delicious with a healthy menu. This time I only had breakfast, so I regret making a reservation because I thought dinner would be delicious too...lolI would definitely like to go again if I have the chance.

I stayed with my husband and wife.I stayed in a special room. The room is well-cleaned and clean.I was satisfied with the meal. The bathroom was also large and nice. The problem was that the entrance to the parking lot 🅿️ was narrow. If you can drive normally, there should be no problem.
