Never in my life have I left a hotel after 5 hours up until now. The place is disgusting thr first room I was put in had spit all over the walls.. like actual spit and the outside area inaccessible due to rubbish being pile up there...... i was then moved to an upstairs room this had bogies all up the wall behind where I was supposed to sleep. The outside area was clear of debris but the chair had no seat or no back.. the drain was open in the bathroom and stunk the bum gun was leaking everywhere and the room was that damp the paint was bubbled everywhere with black mould. The bedding had marks all over it and I had lizards in my room. I left the property at 1am... I felt so uncomfortable there. The only good point is the lady is absolutely lovely but clearly struggling to keep the place kept and in order

Rooms are vintage, but brand new aircon in the room. Definitely better than other places i have stayed in, plus great price. I would recommend if you are a no nonsense person.

The quality is adequate to the price. Guesthouse located in the center. Close to everything. Parking spaces available. Clean pool. Rooms quite clean. Nice service.

Last min booking as my hotel was fully booked. This was very close everything I needed.Great pool, quiet tranquil and good service.I was allowed to check my room first and stay for one night and next. I'd stay again. Highly recommend.Rooms are basic with AC TV s etc.

You can escape, you can escape. Don't be selfish about what's right. Cheap and good do exist, but not here. When I came to stay, two rooms were opened, each room was 500 baht, the Wi-Fi didn't work. The hot water couldn't be adjusted, it was very hot, I couldn't take a shower, the building was very old, the room was in an old condition, plus it was dirty, the air conditioner was old, noisy, and a lot of dust. I don't know if the blanket has been washed or not. It has some stains. There is no drinking water provided. The TV is a 21-inch cabinet screen. At night, there are no walkway lights on. The whole building wasn't open at all. I had to use a flashlight to walk around. Plus, while walking, I met a foreign girl in the opposite room. Running through the night again Sleeping at night there was a loud noise in the opposite room. Until now, I still don't know if that kid is real or not. I can't help it. Just once is enough.

If you're looking for a great deal, this is the place! The rooms are simple and vintage but always clean. I have stayed here many times. The prices are the best in Chinag mai. And the pool is deep!
