12 people stayed for 2 nights from 2021/12/18 (Friday) to 12/20 (Sunday).The view from the terrace seats was very nice, and since it had just reopened, the interior was stylish and clean, which was very nice. The room was spacious enough for 12 people to relax.However, there were some inconveniences, so I would like to share my feedback. In particular, I would like you to improve the items marked with ★.・Breaker ★The breaker was 60A, which was clearly insufficient compared to the size of the building, and although it was winter, the breaker tripped about 5 times during the two nights we stayed (although the heating was on). It seemed to always occur if I used a hair dryer under these conditions). I definitely want to see improvements here.・Some cooking utensils are missing ★Although it can accommodate up to 14 people, there seemed to be a bit of a lack of cooking utensils. First of all, the rice cooker can only cook up to 5 cups, so one cooking time was not enough for 12 people, so I had to cook the rice in two batches (I had checked the capacity of the rice cooker in advance, so on the first day) I was able to cope with this by cooking a spare and refrigerating it). I would like to have another rice cooker or replace it with one that can cook about 10 cups.We didn't have tablespoons or teaspoons for small items, so we had to bring our own. Other than that, we had almost everything we needed.Also, I didn't know the details about the cooking utensils provided, so I had to inquire, but I think it would be better if they listed them on the inn's website.・Shower temperatureThere was one shower where the water was so lukewarm that I couldn't use it. I was able to use the other ones, so I was able to resolve the issue by taking turns using them, but I would like to see a fix if possible.・Gas stove failureThe gas stove broke down around the evening of the second day, and I had to ask the manager to bring in a cassette stove. It seems that the gas stove malfunction has happened before, and even though it was replaced, it happened again. It worked fine on the first day, but suddenly it stopped lighting, so I have to be careful. The cassette stove was delivered in about an hour, so I didn't have any complaints, but I thought it would be better to have the cassette stove provided if it breaks down frequently.・Firewood does not catch fireThe firewood could not be lit because it was damp. It wasn't an inconvenience even if I couldn't use it because it was for viewing purposes rather than heating, but it was a bit disappointing.As mentioned above, there were many things I was concerned about, but the manager's response to inquiries was smooth and the accommodation itself was clean, so I was generally satisfied.However, considering the inconveniences mentioned above, I feel that the accommodation cost was relatively high for a stay without meals. There were more than 100 steps to get to the room, which was tough, but the inside was very clean and the hot spring bath with a beautiful view was really nice.

The stairs are quite steep (about 100 steps?), so if you have people with mobility problems or the elderly, it might be better to stay elsewhere.The quality of the accommodation was very good. I enjoyed the special atmosphere in the large building, with each piece of furniture and rooms having a high quality and taste. There was a large screen and high-quality sound equipment, so it was fun to watch movies and live performances. It was also nice that you could enjoy the hot springs at any time you liked.The only downside is that check-in time is from 4pm. Generally speaking, check-in time is 3:00 PM, and luxury hotels will allow you to check in from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM if you are ready. Since the price is quite high, I would rate it 5 stars if I could stay a little longer.
