Authentic traditional real with a very warm welcome and Japanese hospitality. Which is So valuable and unique now. We have got special kimono for our stay, rooms are quite big comparing to anything in Tokyo, outstanding tasty Dinner and breakfast are included, garden view is magical and beautiful with any Weather, private hot spring (onsen) is just additional pleasure. And it is quite near by to famous temples, modern museum of kimono and mount Fuji can see just from garden hereWe have really enjoyed our stay hereAnd appreciate Mrs YUKA attention

Highly recommend this minshuku in a 200 year old thatched roof house. There are five guest rooms in total. The proprietress is nice and welcoming. The food was amazing, giving a nice home cooked feeling to it, especially the trout as the name of the inn suggests! The onsen is quite warm and comfortable. Overall there was a nostalgic feel to the place.Even visiting at the end of winter, the garden was pretty, with a clear view of the peak of Mt Fuji. I'm sure it will be even more stunning in other times of the year.

I made a reservation because it was an inn in an old private house. The atmosphere was better than I expected. The bath and shower were small with only two, but it didn't feel small because of the angled glass windows. It was.I was very satisfied with the food, all of which were delicious, and the chicken sauté service.Actually, I would have given it a perfect rating, but I am also looking forward to seeing you in the future.Thank you very much.

The service was very good. The landlady and the boss were very kind. The breakfast and dinner included were hand-made traditional Japanese dishes by the landlady. They were very delicious. We stayed for 2 consecutive days and the landlady specially prepared different dishes for us.The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and it is probably the best place to stay in the area. Regarding transportation, there is a bus stop less than 100 meters away from the door. It is very convenient to go to Mount Fuji or other stations. The hot spring is very comfortable and clean. I want to take my mother there next time.

The boss lady spoke very softly even though I couldn’t understand it😂The homemade brunch is really delicious and appetizing (it depends on the individual). The hot spring is super comfortable. You can see Mount Fuji and the landscaping outside.

I was able to use the parking lot.300 yenIt's located along a wide road, making it easy to park. There are several parking lots at Oshino Hakkai,There are some places where you have to go through narrow roads.Tourists were also walking around in droves.I'm glad I parked here. There was also a restroom outside.Beautiful gardens and buildingsI would like you to show meSince I wasn't a guest, I gave up.After reading the reviews, I want to stay there.2023.10

I stayed here on a trip. The rooms, toilets, hot springs, and other facilities were very clean and easy to use. Also, the inn itself seems to date back to the Edo period, and the atmosphere was very nice. And, best of all, the food served at the inn is delicious! The rainbow trout sashimi was the best. The landlady was also kind and I was completely satisfied with everything.Oshino Hakkai is also recommended as it is close to the inn and can be visited on foot. I would like to use it again if I have a chance!
