I visited from outside Hokkaido this summer.It was featured in the tourist pamphlet issued by Otaru City, so it was the main fun of the trip, but as others have mentioned, there were a huge number of flies inside the store...A fly lands on your meal, so you shoo it away with your hand before taking a bite, another fly lands on it, and you shoo it away...this process repeats.Due to the location, it might not be helped if there were flies during the summer, but I wish they had at least said no when entering the store. (Customer service is generally not good)I hope that those who are planning to go there in the future will not experience similar damage.

The taste and price will surprise you.The sea urchin salmon roe bowl and grilled scallops were very delicious.It looks like it was just grilled without any seasoning.I've only ever eaten scallops grilled in butter and soy sauce, but the scallops here are absolutely delicious.Other customers were eating cutlet curry, and it looked very filling and delicious, so I would definitely like to try it.Apparently they also run a guest house, so I would like to take care of them the next time I come to Hokkaido for touring.

I went there after 2pm to avoid the busy lunch time, but there were buses full of Chinese tourists waiting in line. After a lot of hesitation, I decided to order an extra-large herring set meal for 1,650 yen, which was grilled on the robata in front of the store and had an appetizing smell, fish soup for 750 yen, grilled scallops for 550 yen, and my partner for herring soba. The herring was female and was full of eggs.It was a new experience for me as I had never taken such a serious approach to removing the small bones of fish.It was a satisfying lunch that came with miso soup with extra large herring, 3 small side dishes, and 3 small scallops.
