This is the inn I always stay at in Kinosaki Onsen.We had crab hot pot at night🍲, and we were always late to eat, so it took a long time to finish and we didn't finish it within the designated time, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but we didn't make a single unpleasant face and received heartfelt hospitality until the end. Ta.The food and service are great!However, there is no elevator, so if my legs start to get weaker, I wonder if it will be a little difficult.

We stayed on November. And it was amazing.We went to 4 different ryokan in kyoto and Hakone but this place is best.We stayed in cheapest room so view was someone’s roof. But the food was phenomenal! Portion was very big but all the ingredients were fresh and good quality. Location was middle of town 7min from walk and walkable distance to other onsen.Our room staff was really kind and she did her best to communicate with us.I highly recommend this place for food,location and service.

I visited Kinosaki Onsen a few days before the crab ban was lifted.The food at the inn was not good enough, so I went to the banquet hall, worried about how the inn would be.The main dish is Tajima beef shabu-shabu,It's so delicious!I thought it would be a cold tamagoyaki anyway, but when I ate it, it was warm and filled with dashi soup.Each small appetizer bowl is delicious!The luxury of grilling abalone alive!The party was so exciting that I forgot to take a picture of the important Tajima beef, but it was delicious lolThe friendliness and consideration of the employees were wonderful, and I found a great inn!I'll come back later! ! !

Flowing through Kinosaki Onsen townYou can see the Otani RiverI want to stay in the roomAlthough I called every inn along the river,Unfortunately there are no vacancies.Even on the phone, they were very kind.Thank you for staying here without meals.The room had a unit bath.I didn't use it because I enjoyed the outdoor bath.There is a large public bath in the building that can be used 24 hours a day.That said, I haven't used it either.While I was out in the evening, my futon was laid out.In the morning, he comes to take care of your futon around 9am.All the staff are kind.It was easy to talk.Next time, stay in a room along the river.I would also like to order some food.

I've used it several times, and it was renovated last year and the rooms have become much better.There are some disappointing old things like the refrigerator, air conditioner, and electric fan, but I think it can't be helped considering the price.The food was delicious, the person in charge was very nice, and the location was great.

This is my first time visiting Kinosaki Onsen. It's been a long time since I had dinner in a Japanese-style room, and the next morning's breakfast was also served in the room, so it was a perfect meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes made with local ingredients.I arrived late, so I was only able to visit one outdoor bath after dinner, which was a bit disappointing.

We were in room 308, which had a nice view on the village and river. This Inn has very traditional japanese rooms, where you sit and sleep on the mats, which makes this experience so much more special. All of the staff was very nice but a special compliment goes to the woman, that was like our personal assistant. Unfortunately we forgot to ask for her name 😔. She spoke very good english, showed us around, brought us the traditional food in the room (dinner and breakfast) and explained what what was and how to eat it. Oh and she prepaired our beds aswell. In the morning we even had some time for a little small talk. This was exactly what we were looking for. Could not recommend it more. Thank you very much Matsuya. 🙇🙇♀️

The colored yukata is very beautiful and costs an additional 600 yen. The location is good, the breakfast is average, and the Matsuba crab set dinner is large and fresh. The hotel is clean and tidy. The front desk staff is polite and friendly. The housekeeper is super nice and will help me put on a colored yukata. I like it very much and will come here again if I have a chance.

The service provided by Mr. Kota, the person in charge, was good.🦀The dishes included 2.5 bowls of crab sashimi, boiled crab, grilled crab, and crab tempura, which made me feel full.The breakfast was also delicious with a variety of side dishes.

I went there on my graduation trip when I was in high school.It was almost 20 years ago, but the food was so delicious that I still can't forget it.The landlady was also very nice and was very kind to us young people.Thank you for making it a memory I will never forget.I was also very happy with the postcard I received the following year!

When crab dishes are upgraded, they come out as much as ever.The staff were also very friendly, answered my questions politely, and tried to make me happy, which I was very grateful for.The location is good and it's easy to visit the public baths.If you let us know about your physical disabilities, we may be able to accommodate you in a room on the first floor. Meals are served on the second floor, so please be careful if you don't like going up stairs.

A long-established inn located in the middle of the hot spring town of Kinosaki Onsen. It feels like a hot spring inn from the Showa era, and it's very atmospheric. The rooms have been renovated and are quite clean. The indoor bath is a hot spring, but it's okay. I think the correct answer to hot springs is to enjoy the outdoor baths. The highlight is the luxurious meals! This time I chose a course full of crabs, so there was a parade of crab dishes. Crab from the Sea of Japan in winter is delicious 🤤
