Unforgettable time in Otaru with Kimi San and Hanu San. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. The location is great. Everything of the house is new, and clean. I really appreciate that there are new fresh flowers every day

I travel quite a lot, and this was one of the best experiences I had with a guesthouse.The location is close to the JR and the central bus station. (~5 min walking) Also, there are many restaurants and shops. The guesthouse is about 10 min. walk from the main touristic street.The couple runs the guesthouse and also lives there. They are very kind, gentle, and thoughtful people who genuinely love people.I stayed in a Japanese style room, but I had no trouble sleeping. It was very comfortable. And, the whole place is spotless and clean. Kimi San is very, very artistic and thoughtful. She arranges flowers everywhere and changes it almost every day. She is amazing! Huna San is very detailed and nice. They are just wonderful.I recommend this place 100%.

This is a guest house run by an old couple. First of all, both of them are very kind, explain things carefully, and above all, they create a family-like atmosphere. Assuming you have a good level of Japanese, I think it's the best choice for cost-effectiveness. In addition, they arranged various activities and provided breakfast when there were no other guests. I would like to stay again next time.

An absolutely amazing experience. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The house was incredibly clean and had brand new amenities. Huna-san and Kimiko-san (I hope I spelled your names right!), thank you so much for the unique and wonderful experiences! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hokkaidō.

I stayed here for one night on a trip. The location is close to the station, making it easy to go anywhere, the facilities are clean and adequate (even an air conditioner is installed), the bed is comfortable, and above all, the two hosts are extremely hospitable. It's rare to find such a comfortable accommodation. I would love to see you both again!

I used a guesthouse on a trip during Golden Week, and I was impressed by the excellent customer service of the owners (a couple). It was my first trip to Hokkaido, and I was able to have a smooth sailing time. The room was equipped with a kerosene stove, giving it a nostalgic feel. There was also a fireplace on the first floor, which created a very nice atmosphere. It's in a great location, with plenty of food and souvenir shops, making it a perfect place to stay. You really ought to go and see!

I used it on a trip♪ Guesthouse Raimu, which had just opened, had a pleasant and clean feeling down to the smallest details, so I was able to stay with peace of mind! The bed is also super comfortable.The host couple is also really nice and I would like to see them again♪

Close to Otaru Station and within walking distance to the canal. The interior and water area have been renovated and are clean. The owner and his wife are very attentive and will make your stay comfortable.

Close to the station, free parking! You can also take a leisurely walk along the Otaru Canal, and above all, the host's wonderful personality will make you addicted. Already decided to repeat!The guest house is freshly built and cozy. The room had a typical Otaru atmosphere, and the bed was super comfortable. I want to live! It's about ️. I had such an amazing stay here at Guest House Raimu! The host, Kimi-san was incredible, beds were super super comfy and hospitality was 1000%. Location was perfect too as it was only minutes away from Otaru station and a short walk away from Otaru Canal.It was my first time experiencing such warm hospitality at a guesthouse, highly recommended for people who want a very local experience while touring Hokkaido.

Close to Otaru Station, 5 minutes walk.It has just been renovated, so the rooms are clean and comfortable.I especially like the bed.Free parking available for 4 cars.You can go to any sightseeing spot from the bus stop in front of it.Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the canal
