My husband and I used it for 3 nights and 4 days.As others have written, we have everything we need for daily life. (I bought the toothpaste because the set was not enough.)If the price is low and you just need a place to stay, I think it's the best.When I had a large amount of laundry to do, it was convenient because there was a coin laundry just a 5-minute walk away. There are many coin parking lots nearby, so even if I rented a car, I didn't have to worry about finding a parking spot. (If you are driving, please be careful as there are many one-way streets around the hotel)Next time I have a chance to go to Matsuyama City, I would like to use your hotel again.

Apartment hotel close to Matsuyama station. It's just a shame that the host couldn't accommodate us. Smoking is prohibited in the building and the room. You must therefore leave the building to smoke while being careful not to disturb the tenants. The bathroom and toilet are separate. A large fridge is available. Our room had two separate single beds. Washing machine and products available.

Used when staying in Matsuyama for about a weekA seemingly ordinary apartment with an automatic lockThe room is 1DK, about 6 tatami mats and 4 tatami mats.This time we will use room 402.You will receive the key using a service called keycafe, which will be sent to you via SMS in advance.I was a little confused because it was my first time using it, but I received it without any problems.■Good points・It's a normal apartment room, so it's easy to spend time.・Furniture and home appliances are available・Everything necessary for daily life such as a rice cooker, iron, tableware, and cooking utensils is available.・Hangers and detergent are provided so you can wash your clothes.・There is a vacuum cleaner so you can clean it.・When checking out, just put the key in the designated box, so it's easy.■Bad points・A little far from the nearest Matsuyama City Station (about 7 minutes)・Difficult to locate as it is located in a residential area・There are no shops nearby (convenience store is about 5 minutes away)・It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the main road in downtown Matsuyama.・The shower bed is old and water is scattered.・Towels are thin and have lint・There are parts where the wallpaper is peeling off.Overall it was very nice and easy to spend time.I've stayed at this type of accommodation several times, but the rooms had the best facilities and equipment of all the ones I've stayed at so far.The only bad points are the shower bed and towels, which are okay considering the price of the accommodation.The shower bed has enough water pressure, but the newer ones have the water coming out in the middle, but this one's water is spread out over a wide area, making it a bit difficult to take a shower.When I washed towels and clothes together in the washing machine, a lot of lint arrived, so I recommend washing them separately or putting the clothes in a laundry net.The interior of the room is stylish and has a rather feminine feel.It feels like I'm visiting someone's house, or rather an inn lolIt's a bit far from the main road, about 20 minutes walk, but the surrounding area is a residential area so it's quiet.I would like to use it again when staying in Matsuyama

Anyway, it's cheap. The sofa in the room was torn, so it didn't feel like it was luxurious, but it was sufficient. I would like to use it again.

My child is in a dormitory and I wanted to feed him home-cooked meals, so I looked for a room with a kitchen and ended up here.It was too small for a parent and three children, so I thought it would be a good idea to rearrange the furniture.The equipment is a little old, but it's sufficient.

I used it for a long stay of 10 days.We have everything you need for life. I can really live there (*^^*)The station, arcade, convenience store, department store, and Matsuyama Castle are also within walking distance! Delicious food restaurants are also within walking distance!If I have a chance to come next time, I would definitely like to use it (◍ ´꒳` ◍)I chose the room ★4 because I was concerned about the floor near the kitchen being somewhat uneven...Still, it was a great accommodation!thank you very much.

It's perfect except that it's a bit far from the main street, Okaido. The price was cheap, and the bed, toilet, and bathroom were all nice.
