I had booked a single room, but when a room became available, I was upgraded to a semi-double room. Also, since it was our 1st anniversary, they gave me a coffee coupon from the convenience store below. The room had a separate bath and toilet. I would like to use it again.

Stayed in a more compact single. The room was almost like a bed, but it wasn't a problem because it was only used for sleeping. There was a convenience store on the first floor, which was convenient, and the water area was clean. Breakfast was also high quality and delicious.

Apparently it was around the time of the anniversary festival, so I was able to stay in a semi-suite room for a cheap price.There were free sweets and drinks in the room, and the quality of the sweets was so good that I was really happy (lol)It's well-maintained, clean, and neat.However, for some reason, the wall next to the bath is made of glass, so you can see it completely. It's good because you can blindfold it, but I wonder why...😅Unfortunately, the parking lot was full and we had to park nearby. But it's a short walk away, so you can easily walk if it's not raining.The breakfast was of a quality that is rare for a hotel of this size, and I was satisfied. We only received sandwiches, salads, and desserts from the staff, and the rest was a buffet.You can't really see the buffet from where you issue your breakfast ticket, so please be aware that if you get too many sandwiches, you won't be able to eat the buffet at all. The sandwiches were also toasted and delicious.It was a very satisfying hotel!

I used it with breakfast included.First of all, it was a very nice and clean hotel!The bathroom and toilet were separated, which was easy to use.The staff had wonderful smiles, and the restaurant staff were also bright and nice!I stayed with two guys, and I felt that the atmosphere was recommended for couples lol

Male in his 20sI stayed in a twin room on the 9th floor.★I used the breakfast included, which was a combination of a refrigerated showcase and a buffet style, and the taste was very delicious.It's been a while since I've had a delicious hotel breakfast. Best of all, the male staff (chefs?) are energetic, polite, and smiling! I had a very pleasant morning. This is all you need to know to repeat! I can say that it left an impression on me.・As it is a new building, the entire room is new and very clean. As mentioned in other people's reviews, the rooms are a little small, but considering the price, I don't think it's a big deal. I didn't care about the cleaning aspect. She is also beautiful and happy. Good cost performance. I think it's safe from a crime prevention perspective as you can't go up to the elevators on the 4th to 10th floors without your room card key.・Twin rooms and above have bathrooms with bathtubs overlooking the street, so you can enjoy the night view.

Very new and nice hotel with Lawson on the ground floor. We stayed at top floor with open bath. Close to Takasaki station. Recommended to stop over here if you travel between Tokyo and Karuizawa.
